Shopping and delivery was ok. Size of the plants are barely within minimum size advertised. They are so fragile and came all loose in the pots and box. The tree sent as a gift had the top and only branch broken so I doubt it will survive.
Very skinny little trees, since purchasing my trees I've now found them at places that were the same price or lower and the tree was bigger. Both of mine have taken well which I'm grateful for and read is already beginning to show on the leaves however it's going to be a long time growing.

Trees arrived well packaged. One Tree had very dried leaves on it. Other trees had moisture retaining material at root ball. Trees were just the right size & I look forward to watching them grow.
I ordered a Slender Hinoki Cypress, I was told it would ship in 1-2 days. I waited and waited, and never received tracking information. So I called... and I'm told it will ship either "today or tomorrow" I wait another 4 days. No shipping information. I call again, I'm told the same thing. "Today or tomorrow"... I never got tracking information. I reached out twice via email inquiry, only to be told the same thing. Finally, with no warning after waiting over 2 weeks, I get an email saying I will be refunded. Unbelievable waste of time. I got the tree from Lowe's the next day. No hassle. And I finally got my tree.

The rose tree arrived in Perfect shape. It started producing beautiful roses in 2 weeks after it was planted.

I was sent a product that was grossly misrepresented. I have been in contact with customer service and was asked to wait and see. Two weeks later there is still no growth, the product still isn't what I ordered (ordered a "tree form wisteria" and received a single thin vine). Turns out the vine is barely rooted and one side of the root is rotted. Customer service has offered only store credit for the "struggling" plant, but no refund for the shipping. Losing $20 for something that was not as described and then I have to buy something else and pay shipping... not good customer service.

The plum tree I received had broken branches when we received it and looks almost died now. The apple tree we re ieved looks good.

The plant arrived dry, but perked up as soon as we repotted it in a bigger pot and gave it some water. Even had blooms on it already so super happy with that! New growth started almost immediately. Plant was healthy upon arrival.
Received them in time planted them 5-15-21 at cabin, will go back 5-30-21 and will check on the little fellows.
Have ordered fruit trees previously and very pleased with the way they arrived. However the last order of two butterfly bushes and 3 citronella plants arrived in very bad shape. Wilted and many brown/dead leaves. Have planted them and will see if they survive. Not the best experience and not the quality I expected.

Ordered two dog wood trees and fertilizer, all packed together with a single box (with a free small Japanese maple tree). Box was left at my mailbox area at the street instead of delivered to my front door. Both trees did not look healthy. Planned for two weeks now, watered every day. 1 tree and the free maple tree don't seems to make it. Should of order from Amazon or Costco which is much cheaper and better.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
