Ordered 4 spruce trees. The trees themselves looked ok but very loosely packaged. Most of the dirt in the pots was disturbed and loose. Some of the small branches on the trees were broken. I planted them as soon as I got them and I'm not sure if they are going to make it.

The Apple tree leaves were wilted and falling. The bag the soil was in to protect the root was open and dumped out. Very disappointed in this shipment

We ordered a Wisteria Tree for my mom for Mother's Day. Arrived 4 or 5 days before Mother's Day, it was in great condition, a little too piece shriveled because we should have planted it right away. It is doing great and now is growing! My mom loved it. Very impressed with the wrapping for shipping up to the Boston Area. Fingers crossed we might get a few flowers this year possibly! Great company! Made my mom's day!

Instead of one nice fig tree I received three small trees grown together into one pot. Now I have three small pots with three small plants. I'm sure they will be OK but not what I expected. It looks more like a bush instead of a tree. I also bought a Meyer Lemon tree that is doing great!

I ordered two hardy kiwis; they arrived on time, were carefully packaged and in good condition. I planted them right away, and now after being in the ground for 2-3 weeks, they are so far very healthy and show lots of new growth. Very happy so far!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
