Trees were good quality, a little smaller than what I had hoped for, but shipping could improve.
The boxes tell the shipper to keep the box in a certain direction, but there's so much other writing on the box it's hard to see. My plants were a little damaged because they propped the box up in the wrong direction, but FGT was good about responding to my concern and offered replacements if needed. So far, after re-potting one, they are thriving and I haven't had to file a claim.
On the third try the plants finally arrived in good shape and will not have to be replaced. The coast to coast shipment is hard for them but finny it worked with improved packaging. Though it was somewhat frustrating, the service and client attention was extraordinary. They did everything necessary to ensure my satisfaction. Excellent and responsible service.

Last year I purchased a Crimson Maple and although it doesn't appear dead it has no leaves and has not thrived. I'm disappointed because the 2 Cleveland Pears I purchased at the same time are doing very well.

Limequat tree had thorns and was not told that at purchase. Not in description. Want it for patio and indoors but thorns are not good. Not happy. With that costly mistake. Spoke to company and it was stated after looking it up that could happen.

The tree sat at FedEx for an extra day so when it arrived the leaves were all dying. We have planted the tree and my wife says it's in shock and will recover. BAll leaves are brown and falling off.

Thanks. I received my Sweet Bay Leaf order as promised. Because of unavoidable circumstances, I had to leave the package unopened and the plant unplanted for a week after delivery. I expected to find a dead plant when I finally opened the package. Instead, I found a perfectly healthy bush patiently waiting for my overdue attention. Thank you for sending me a plant with protected, moist rootball able to endure a bit of unintended neglect. Very professional.
I bought 3 trees my biggest one was dead and then I paid 25 for shipping of a replacement and that tree was just as bad barley even a tree and pretty much dead. It ain't my worst experience but definitely wasn't my best

Ordered 2 trees were supposed to ship in 2 days, waited 5 then called they were back ordered, never contacted or sent an email to let me know. Found them somewhere else called back and they couldn't fine the order number to cancel, once they did they said ok you all set, no confirmation number for cancellation nothing. Terrible customer service

My patio peach tree is still not growing very well. Losing leaves and little peaches on tree are drying and falling off.
My plants delivered 4 days after my first confirmed date from FeEx and ended up in boxes on the truck for a week. Needless to say they were in poor shape by the time I got them so only time will tell if they survive. My Hydrangea was sent dormant, which I read ahead of time, but it still has not done anything either so I hope it actually survives.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
