We ordered 8 plants in total and 6 of them were fine but two of the New Love Clematis Shrubs arrived in rough shape. We planted them in hopes that they'd make it, but no luck. An email was sent to customer service a few weeks ago but we haven't heard anything back. We could have already returned them to a local store for replacement.
Fast shipping and delivery. Was an anniversary gift for my Son and Daughter-in-law and they were very happy with the crabapple tree for their new house.
WHEN IT ARRIVED... THE MOST OF THE LEAVES WERE DROOPING AND OVERALL APPEARANCE AFTER REMOVING FROM THE SHIPPING BOX LOOKED PATHETIC. HOWEVER, I READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AND TRIMMED ALL THE DEAD AND DROOPING LEAVES OFF. TWO WEEKS LATER, IT LOOKS LIKE A DIFFERENT TREE. ALL THE NEW LEAVES ARE LARGE AND ROBUST. I'M EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. THIS WEEKEND I WILL PLANT IT IN ITS FINAL LOCATION. THANKS FOR A GREAT TREE.

I was excited to find this site to buy trees. I placed an order to surprise my wife with a tree she wanted. The tree never showed up. I called and spoke to a rep and was told it would ship today. After four calls like that I had to cancel the order. I feel let down but I did get my money back in a timely fashion.

I was disappointed in the two cherry trees I was sent. The Bing cherry was leafless and barely over 1/2 inch in diameter and the Black Tartan had leaves but was obviously distressed. For a $100 dollars each, the trees should have been more mature and in better condition on arrival.

FedEx delivered the package. Package received with a fist-size hole in it. Burlap sack around ball of tree also ripped and dirt was emptied into the box. Planted tree 16 days ago. Looks like the Charlie Brown Christmas tree, despite keeping the tree moist and perfect growing weather. Very disappointed with my first experience with Fast Growing Trees, though customer service has been easy to deal with so far. Will peel back a small spot at base of tree today to see if any green inside.

This is my first order prom this company. The two Hydrangea Trees and two Rose trees arrived promptly via FEDEX and were planted. Now they are thriving! Just one issue propped up and Tiffany from customer service resolved it promptly. I would highly recommend this company.

Shipping took 11 days! These are living things- or were. What respectable service would ship living trees this way? Plus, the almost $200 "tree" had been chopped down to a stick, not one branch or leaf to make it easier for them to package, instead of simply wrapping it. And it arrived unsalvageable anyway. Terrible!

Hi I ordered a dogwood tree and it arrived dead with crispy leaves. I filed a complaint and sent pictures of the tree and have heard nothing back except more marketing emails and emails asking to rate my service which was clearly disappointing.

The packaging could be better as the plants were somewhat damaged in transit, however the are thriving since planted.
Bought Blue Wonder Spruce Trees. They arrived in healthy condition several weeks ago and currently have new growth at the tips.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
