I have ordered several times from Fast growing trees. Typically products delivered and packaged arrives with little damage. This time there of the perrenials were severely damaged and I am not sure if they will recover. Hoping for the best. I reached out to the company and haven't heard back. I would stick with trees or shrubs.
The tree is stressed as it sat in the FedEx warehouse for a week, but costumer service was great.
The first tree we received was damaged and didn't look healthy. They replaced it immediately and our second treet is lovely.
Overall start to delivery I had a great experience. I had issues with two of my plants and they were replaced no problem within days.
I ordered a Golden Ginkgo tree for my front yard, one of their most expensive trees. I received a tree whose crown had been broken off when the packer had tried to force the tree into a shipping box too small for its size. I immediately complained and was sent a replacement tree: It appears this replacement tree had its crown broken off long before it was shipped to me, and it's lop-sided with two large branches on one side and none on the other. Having then had two bad experiences with FastGrowingTrees.com, I quick contacting them and will never order from them again.
We're so sorry to hear that the replacement tree has arrived with damage as well! We're going to reach out privately so we can help with this
I ordered two peach trees, 1 apple tree, and 1 blueberry bush. The peach trees arrived with no leaves and root balls that were grossly undersized and looked dead. The apple tree was robust and is doing well where it was planted. The blueberry bush was little more than a twig, and while it is alive and appears healthy, it was much smaller than I expected and will take years to produce any berries. Over all, for an order that cost $500+ I expected much better quality trees.

I ordered a tree. It did not show up, so I had to get in touch with customer service. They told me that the quality of the trees was not good enough to send out and that they were waiting on a new shipment. They mentioned that the shipment was due on May 17th. Today is the 22nd and I have not heard ANYTHING about my order. The company should be PROACTIVE with their customers and not leave me hanging, wondering what is going on with my order.
I, like many people, work hard for their money and this company should respect that.
Unfortunately I am not happy with my plants I ordered. I paid for the larger crepe myrtle trees and they came very small and the root ball was tiny... not sure if they will even live. They were shipping for over a week and came as dry as a bone. I also ordered Nellie stevens Hollie and they came with yellow leaves and are having a hard time coming out of shock. The dirt amount in the plants was very minimal. I spent quite a lot of money and could have gotten a lot larger plants at my local nursery for a lot less. :( Also I have ordered plants online before at different places and had a lot different experience.

Our little Crepe Myrtle tree came securely in a box and had no damage. On arrival we unpacked it and let it stand for a day. Placed in the ground and she's growing like crazy
Our cherry trees are doing great and we have high hopes for our peach trees!
Arrived in just a couple of days, well packaged and in excellent shape. Ordered 20 arborvitae, planted a couple of weeks ago and all remain healthy and looking good. Also noted at a great price.
This was a replacement tree after the previous tree didn't make it. Company was able to replace. But replacement arrived as a bunch of dried out sticks. Very disappointing.

The trees arrived in terrible shape. The dirt was completely out of the pots. One was completely dead and I couldn't even revival. Unfortunately the whole thing was just a real mess.
We're so sorry to hear how your plants arrived but glad we were able to make it right with a refund!
I purchased a 7-8' peach tree. When it arrived half of the limbs new growth and limbs them selves were dead. Wasn't expecting that. The 5-6' gala apple tree is coming back to life after a lot of attention. The red maple gift is half dead as well. But I think I can save it. Not really sure if I would purchase again. $300 is alot of money for 2 half dead trees.

We couldn't find any forsythia locally so went to fast growing trees website and they had them in stock at a reasonable price so we ordered 4. They arrived in 4 days, in excellent shape and healthy. We would definitely recommend them.
The order went smoothly from the first time I contacted Fast Growing Trees by phone. Very kind and helpful staff. The only glitch was my tree was shipped earlier than expected so ai had to so some quick planning, but I got the tree planted and it is doing very well so far!
All plants (arborvitae, roses, azaleas) arrived in excellent condition and are flourishing in their pots on my patio. Unfortunately getting them in the ground is delayed until I can get my little bit of land (poorly drained clay) prepared to give them a happy home. I'm hoping that will happen soon and they will still be thriving by the time they can be planted.
As soon as I received the box... I opened it and noticed all the leaves were brown and curled up... dry. I got it in the soil within the hour and watered it. It's been a week and I haven't noticed any new sprouts/leaves yet. It's been getting plenty of rain and sun.
I'm concerned it may not have survived the trip. Will continue to monitor it.
Regards
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
