When ordering the bush for my kids, I was expecting it to be full of white flowers. As the one you put on your description page. As the one I remember from my childhood! I even called your place to confirm! When my daughter received the bush, she even thought its a grape bush. Totally green. Big disappointment!

The tree was 2 ft, arrived healthy, watered, well-packed. Some leaves were missing, I hope the tree can grow them again soon. Also hope it can move to the garden from the container next year, we're Zone 9
Was $12.00 away from free shipping and was charged a $50.00 shipping fee... sales person does not say anything or I guess even know the program. I would rather spend the extra $50.00 on product than on shipping.
Ordered a small tree and a bigger tree, small tree showed up fine, larger tree had branches broken off and just snapped.

Straight forward ordering process, trees shipped in two packages a day apart, arrived in good condition and pretty well packed. Took a few days to get to planting and they fared well. Only disappointment was that I was gifted a Japanese maple and it never arrived. Had a place in mind for it and it would've been nice since they set the expectation that I would be getting it, which is what keeps this from being a 5 star review. However, overall I'm perfectly happy with the order I made.
I've had previous purchases with this vendor that I was happy with. Nearly everything in this order arrived looking close to dead and mostly stripped of their roots during shipping. Out of 6 trees it looks like I'll be lucky to have one or two survive.

I have ordered from FGT many times before & have always been very pleased. The quality of the products & the fast delivery is what I like the most about dealing with this company. I ordered a Vanilla Strawberry Hydrangea tree for a friend recently & she also raved about it. FGT is where I go first when I want a quality plant.
The tress I received was not what I expected. One single stem with one or two leaves on it. Not a good value for $100.

Quick delivery. Trees arrive in excellent shape and bound properly. They we watered well. The only down side I had was on our large 5-6 foot tree, where the top and branches were cut to fit in the box. I get this but had hope for a tree that wasn't cut and our tree was complete, especially for the price i paid.
I ordered a plant for a gift on April 28th and it was not received until late on Mother's Day. Since it had an extended stay in the shipment box, it was not straight in the pot and lost several leaves. It has been a bit disappointing.The price of the shipping was excessive compared to the service.

I paid almost twice what other vendors charge for your trees and one already died. You did give a full refund and i appreciate that but now the replacement looks like its on its way to dying too and the season just started.
I ordered these roses for my granny because that's all she wanted and I could not find them anywhere in my state. I was about to give up and look for a new gift but I stumbled on this website and immediately ordered these knick out roses. She loves them and says they're already blooming fast and the color is so vibrant.
I was planning on ordering treea to plant, and after shopping around, FastGrowingTrees seemed to be the most reputable. Their prices were good too. I found one other store that had a better price, but it was little known with no reviews. I was confident with FastGrowingTrees that we'd get good quality trees, and we did. They were packaged well and have all been doing well after planting.

We ordered a variety of camellia bushes in order to grow hedges around part of our yard. These were promptly shipped and delivered and most were in excellent conditions. A month down the road, these bushes appear to have acclimated very well and are growing well. For the few that clearly didn't met the conditions one could have expected from FastGrowingTrees.com, we were offered a refund.

The elberta peach tree I received was broken in two places and just 4-5 leaves. They offered a replacement tree. While waiting for it to arrive, I visited a local greenhouse and purchased a much better red haven for less than half the price, $39. Healthy and green. When the replacement arrived, it was a Cherry tree. 3-4 leaves, some branches appear to be just a stick. I called and I was told they had no more peach trees. The only positive comment is that the personnel were courteous and they did refund my purchase amount.

They have a good selection of what I wanted and with all the added info for each tree it was easy for me to decide on which one to buy. I made my selection & purchased. Within a few days my order was on its way. They came well packaged.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
