This place as the worst delivery system it was for my birthday too, disappointed isnt the word they use fedx or the other one, they didn't think to have there own delivery system in place,. I'm sure it's cheaper this way,. Anyhew the picture on the site looks great but when you get the plants omg it's the worst, packaging suck let's start there, the fist time ok mistake, second time wtf happen here & i made sure to insure them from start as well, you would think it would look nice the second time around,. Well it won't it did not, it looked worst than the first plant did & they sent the one that wasn't broken even with pic & a video tf! Didn't bother calling or anything back because I notice THEY DO NOT CARE HERE! runnnn!
Bought two fig trees. One looked great out of the box, now 2 weeks later leaves losing color and starting to fall off, yes we water and take care of it. The second tree arrived with most of the leaves yellow with brown spots and 80% have fallen off in 2 weeks. It was recently transplanted before shipping, but it was in such bad shape upon arrive to CT, it should have never been shipped. No new growth yet, maybe they will survive but will need constant care. The soil they plant in must be very poor.

Order # *******. My plants worth about $290 were shipped on May 5th and was already in South Bend on May 8. Everyday, I would watch FedEx tracking showing it to be delivered from May 8 (when it arrived in South Bend; I live in La Porte) but will not come; it was finally delivered on May 18. FedEx's virtual assistant is useless as it repeats the same information on tracking and I could not speak to a person who could help me. I spoke with a representative of FastGrowingTrees and she told me that the plants are watered enough so they can hang around for 12 days. I planted them already but they do not look so good, especially the cherry trees that looks like mere branches. The plum tree that I bought from a local nursery looks like a tree compared to the one i got from you. I hope they will recover.

I ordered an avocado tree sent to my daughter in Denver, CO. The tree was reasonably priced, ordering was easy and it was delivered in excellent shape. Now waiting for the avocados! :)
For the price, I assumed the trees would be more established. I bought the highest priced option and the trunk was as wide as my thumb. I could have bought the same tree at Lowes for half the price and much more established. You guys basically sent me an overpriced stick. And then come to find out your only guarantee a tree for 30 days? That's ludicrous.

All literature I read said that your trees were grafted. The tree I received had a seed grown tree. Had very little dirt with exposed roots. Was planted within 3 days but is not doing well. Was in a plastic pot with seed and roots exposed.

I had previously order a two gallon Heritage Everbearing Raspberry Plant bush that was very nice - about 20" high and very full.
Two weeks later I ordered two of the same two gallon Heritage Everbearing Raspberry Plants. What I received were two tiny and Scrawny plants that were about 6 - 8" high, with one of them in very bad shape. Fast Growing Trees gave me 2 plants that I would not been pleased with in a one gallon pot. These were definitely not worth the $79.95 I paid for each of them.

Navel orange was well packaged I had no broken branches very healthy little tree got it planted and had no wilting of leaves so yeah I am very happy

We will see if these plants survive. It may not be FGT's fault, but the plants were simply put into a cardboard box and beaten to heck in transit.

The tree i ordered was about 4 foot tall, as advertised, however, the main trunk had been cut to make it 4 foot. Now, the main trunk will never grow straight up and spread evenly. Who knows now what it will grow like.
The website was easy to navigate, the selection was great and delivery was as promised.
I didn't expect the plants to be as small as they were and what really surprised me was how healthy the looked. I have bee gone from my house for a week now and I am looking forward to seeing what they look like when I get back.
So the best part of this site is that they usually have the good stuff that I can't find or get at Home Depot or Lowes. FOr example I bought a Cherry Tree for my wife on Mothers Day. I can't find one of those anywhere near where I live. But the downside is that they are not any cheaper, in fact Fast Growing Trees can be more expensive than big box stores.
Shipping was annoying, the shipping info was not easy to find and getting updates from the site was lacking. It came fedex and though not part of Fast Trees, Fedex is rough on packages and the box was all busted up. The delivery was also late.
Then the tree was alot smaller then the picture. It was down right pewnie and small. I know thats how it goes but still, use a different picture or a size chart so we know what we are getting.

The plants came, albeit with some branches broken but otherwise healthy. Planted easily. Wait and see how they thrive, after following all the directions and applying root stimulator.
Replaced twice, and the 2nd time, I had to pay $35 in shipping, so the item was way smaller than desired.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
