When I first opened the box with my tree in it, it did not look like it was going to survive. All of the leaves were completely dead and dried up. The main branches of the tree still looked super fresh and green though, so I had hope that if I planted it and kept it watered it would be fine. Sure enough about a week later I noticed buds forming on the branches, and now a few weeks later the tree is completely covered with leaves again. I'm so excited to see what it will look like by next season!
One tree was in better shape than the other. I am worried about the tree that does not look well. It is one stick with no branches.

I appreciate that Fast Growing Trees sent two replacements of my Plumeria plants I agreed to pay $99 apiece for after they were delivered damaged and the shipping box was crunched but then I found larger Plumerias in my hometown for $17 that looked a lot better and had more leaves than the ones I bought. Great customer service but check prices around town before you purchase online.
Customer Service was great- they did get back with me and refunded the cost of one of the three palms I purchased. I purchased several at my local Lowe's for $19.99 and they were 3 times as big as the ones I purchased from here, much healthier and all around a much better tree. I also purchased a large 9' palm tree from a local nursery for $99 that was full and beautiful compared to the stick I received from this site for $79.95 (they did refund the cost after I sent pictures of the two for comparison). Overall, customer service was good but the three different palms I purchased were WAY over priced- will definitely not purchase from here again.
We ordered the 5-6' tree and while it was this tall, it was so skinny and had very few leaves. I was expecting it to be more filled out. Maybe photos on the website of what the actual tree looks like at the time would be helpful.
I anxiously awaited my baby tree. It arrived well packaged and on time. And although I knew the tree would be trimmed to accommodate the box and transit, my new little tree had been massacred and was completely bare on one side. Now two weeks after planting it and watering it as instructed it's dropped almost all of it's leaves. I don't know if it will survive and if it does I can only hope the side that was overly pruned grows back. Otherwise I've wasted $200. Time will tell I guess but at this moment Im not impressed.

Our 6 trees arrived dead. We were told to wait 3-4 weeks to see if they start to thrive. So far (3 weeks) there has not been any improvement.

I bought this tree as a Mother's Day gift. Unfortunately, it suffered shock so it did not have any leaves when it arrived and continues to be bald four weeks later. Customer service has been great and will be able to send another one if it doesn't recover. So far, has been an underwhelming gift.
I was real excited when I arrived home and seen the boxes. It suddenly turned to disappointment when there was only one tree. I immediately emailed my complaint.
Needless to say when I phoned customer service I wasn't very happy. I forgot the ladies name but she deserves a bonus. When I explained the situation she immediately change my feelings about the whole situation. She was so kind and sympathetic to my problem. She immediately had another tree on the way which made me very happy. Customer service changed my whole attitude about your company.
I ordered two trees on arrive broken at the base, was refunded and I had to pay shipping on the replacement the only healthy tree I received. The other tree while it did not look great was not broken, leave were stressed appearing, that tree may still not recover. The free Japanese maple also has not recovered from stressed appearance. Overall I expect none of trees from my first order to make, while alive they have never had one healthy appearing leaf.
We bought 2 apricot trees in early may. One of them, I accidentally pulled out of the burlap bag of mulch, and planted the bare root in that mulch along with other mulch that I added. The second one, I was very careful to keep in the burlap bag. We watered both plants a ton, hoping to get root growth going. The one I removed from the burlap, I noticed the root system was very minimal. Of course I couldn't see the other root system of the 2nd one. The first one is struggling, but I think it will make it. The second one (the one that I was careful to keep the burlap tightly intact), is almost dead already. We did have some warm days, and I think that was not helpful, but we also watered twice a day.

I bought 2 trees. They both were damaged significantly on arrival. The trees were not protected in case the boxes being turned upside down by the shippers and delivers. Another shipping tree company uses a stake that is taller than the trees, that protected them well from being smashed when turned upside down. The difference of the condition of my purchases from the 2 different companies was great. Also, taping the plastic so tightly around plastic surrounding the tree trunk made it very hard to cut it off, without damaging delicate tree trunk.
A very very small wilted tree arrived with the top 10 inches broken off. We planted and have been nurturing this tree and it seems to be reviving.
This product seems overpriced.

This is my third time ordering from FastGrowingTrees. This time I ordered an olive tree for my mom as a mother's day present. As with my orders, her tree arrived healthy and is thriving.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
