I ordered a Grand Nain banana tree for my yard and FedEx took their sweet time getting it delivered to me. They also didn't keep the box on its side so my poor banana tree was bent and the trunk was split. I emailed FGT with photos and a summary of what happened. Within an hour, they started the process to send me a replacement! The replacement arrived yesterday and it was a larger tree than my original order. The replacement is a beautiful specimen and I can't wait to watch it grow!

I found what I needed and ordered it. I have never ordered plants before so I was a little nervous. The only thing I wish they would have provided is updates to when the items were shipped etc.

Was a little disappointed with one of my trees upon arrival. However, fast-growing trees made it right by shipping me a replacement. The tree has not arrived, but I'm going to trust that my new tree will be just perfect as the rest of the trees I ordered.

I was disappointed that our plant arrived a full datel ate from FedEx, with a damaged shipping box. The citronella plant was withered, and the very dry dirt accompanying it was scattered all over the box. We have had to carefully nurse it back to life, but it's still not growing as fast as years of other citronella plants we've used to successfully ward off mosquitos.

I paid extra to get the bigger trees and (2) of them are bigger and (2) are very thin and not tall. The two small ones have very little foliage in comparison.

Easy to order and receive within planting time period and a video to view for planting. I don't have a green thumb so need all the help I can get. So for the short time we've had this tree I'd say it's doing good.

Shipment was fast and well packaged. However, the quality of the tree was disappointing. It was small and had a poorly formed structure.

The rose trees I ordered a month ago was delivered on a Sunday when we were out of town. Did not receive any notification of being shipped. We returned on Monday and when we went to unpack them we discovered that one tree had all the soil on the other side of the box and bare roots. We repotted them and this one has not died but it has not produced any flowers like the other one.

Once you place an order that's it.
If you have any problems you can't get any help!
My plants all came damaged they were not packaged well and I still have not been able to get someone to talk with me about the damage. 5 emails and pics to them with no response.

Trees arrived on time and in fine shape, They are planted in desirable locations and doing well!

Great customer service, there was a slight mix up with my order. Mostly my fault and the quickly sent out the correct order free of charge. All my on line orders will be through Fast Growing Trees.

Not sure I remember how I found FGT, but I do like the ease of purchasing my trees online. They do come ready to plant and for the most part, the trees look good.

I ordered 8 fir trees and when they arrived they were healthy and "happy". I planted them about 3 weeks ago and they are doing great. I would definitely use this company again.

One avocado tree has lost all its leaves, the others leaves are turning brown and looking like they will fall off any day now.

It seems this company business model is to lie using pictures and then sell dead crap charging an arm and a leg for it. Fool me once...

Sent this to my daughter for her birthday day. Reliable service. Arrived in a timely fashion.

According to the description on the site the trees would be 1-2 feet tall and shipping would be 1-2 days. Received the trees in 4 days very dry with cracked containers. Most of the trees were not even a foot tall. So disappointed probably won't order from here again.

The rose arrived promptly. I planted it promptly. It is trying to adapt but appeared stressed when it arrived. Also I would have thought for the cost it would have been bigger, stronger looking and vibrant. Hopefully it will recover and become the rose I need for climbing along the backyard fence.

I recently ordered a peach tree and cherry tree. The peach tree arrived with no leaves. Ten days later still no signs of growth.

The cherry tree had leaves upon arrival but has lost them and the tree seems to be in decline. I have followed the directions of care to the letter for both trees but it has not improved their condition.

Tree arrived fast. When I saw the box the tree was in it was shredded and mangled but to my relief the tree was in good shape! The specimen I received was beautiful!
It been 3 weeks and unfortunately I haven't had any new growth but will have to wait it out to see what the final outcome is.
