Very pleased with my purchases of Cavendish banana tree, arrived in great shape and doing well. Also purchased a dogwood tree last month and it is growing well and very healthy in appearance. Also, about 4 years ago, I purchased 8 endless summer hydrangeas and 8 sunny knockout roses, all survived and are thriving. Will recommend to anyone thinking of buy plants online.
I was missing one of my palm trees in the first order and had to wait a week to receive it which made it not come in time for Mother's Day. And the trees that did come we're badly damaged and dying. Two of the trees are almost completely dead now and when I called customer service and emailed I was told that they were fine and that they would recover. They have not. Ordering was easy. I understand that we are still having shipping issues so I don't hold fast growing trees responsible for the late delivery but I am pretty sure the tree is dead. My biggest complaint is that it isn't even the correct tree.
I was so excited to find your miniature rose tree. It is exactly what I needed. It looked a bit worse for wear when I opened the box. I think it had been handled roughly during shipping. There were stems broken off to the point that the tree has bald spots and is misshaped. I was expecting a round shape.

I have ordered quite a few trees from this site. The trees arrived in great shape. I have made multiple orders because of how great the trees are. I have planted a mix of baby giant thuja arborvitae along with junior giant and the regular giants. The baby giants are the secret weapons. Don't hesitate to order from this site. I have high standards and they have never let me down in multiple orders over several years.
I've already done this don't know why I need to do it again, the plants run healthy half of them or did the stems were broke and that was about $660 worth of product.

I wanted some rainier cherry trees, which were out of stock at the time.
They asked if I wanted to be notified when they came in, which I did.
The day they came in I ordered 2. For pollination purposes I also ordered 2 bing trees. The bing trees came in, and it said that they were processing the rainier for shipping. So we planted the bing cherries.
After 2 weeks of no news, except the same message, that they were preparing the trees for shipment, I called.
They then told me they didn't have any to ship. The trees they had, had a disease. So now I'm stuck with 2 bing cherries that I didn't want, that won't carry fruit, because they also need a pollinator tree, which I can't get here.
They refunded my rainier, but only half of the bing cherry.
After waiting a long time, and digging holes, I ended up with 2 bing cherries I don't know what to do with, since they won't grow cherries.
Very disappointed with the company. They could of called me BEFORE they send the bing, that the rainier wasn't available. It would of saved me time and money.

The 3 Cherries in 1 tree arrived Ok but after it was planted - the leaves started to die... I just recently called the office and the person I spoke was very nice and helpful.
I ordered a Nikko Blue Hydrangea, Areca Palm Tree & an Aloe Vera plant. The hydrangea is doing great, I was not really happy with the looks of the Areca Palm, leaves were torn, a couple had black ends. I've planted it, hoping for the best. The Aloe Vera plant I'm totally dissatisfied with. I looked like somebody had already used the leaves for burns. Several of the stalks were cut off & black. Overall the plant looks terrible. Ordered trees for my local cemetery. 1 tree was broken due to the fact that the delivery person couldn't read - LAY FLAT on the box. Contacted customer service, sent pictures of the tree and in a couple of days received replacement tree.
The Armstrong Maple which was purchased for $79.95 arrived in very poor condition. The tree is half-dead and there is maple tar back spot on the leaves! I contacted FGT and was offered a 20% discount. I accepted, but believe it is not unreasonable to expect a replacement tree. I have made several purchases from FGT in the past few years and been happy with my purchases. Will no longer be ordering from this company. An exorbitant price to pay for a sick and dying maple tree. Very unhappy with this purchase.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
