I received a branch, the tree was cut in half. Paid $210.00 for this -absolute ridiculous. I paid $69 last year through home depot and got a beautiful tree that grew 2.5 feet in first year
My old flowering plum tree had to be cut down. I went onto the website and found the exact flowering plum I wanted. The tree was easy to find and easy to order.
I unpacked the trees the day they arrived, and many leaves were already wilted and turning yellow. One branch was actually dead and the leaves were dead. I planted and watered them, they have not perked up and many leaves are continuing to yellow. Considering what i paid for these trees, i expected MUCH better quality. Lesson learned.

Some of the plants I received were of amazing quality. Red tree dogwoods, Azaleas, Arbors. However, my Japanese Silk Lilac Tree is literally a 4ft stick with 4 leaves on it... two of which were brown. For $179, I can't believe this was shipped to me! I've ordered here a few times and seems to be a little inconsistent with the actual trees. They should call it "fast growing shrubs" as most of the shrubs have arrived as described on their website and the trees quite frankly are a joke.
I was looking for a fruit tree for our 4th anniversary and this site popped up. They were offering a first time order discount, great! And then free shipping on orders over a certain amount, better yet, so I thought! Turns out that you disqualify for free shipping if the other discount brings your total under the threshold. I was going to order twice the amount that I did but not after speaking with customer service and them not being helpful.

I've bought Italian Cypress, Live Oak trees and Hollywood Hibiscus and all were packaged, delivered and in good health upon delivery. They are all growing as advertised and I'm very happy with my overall buying experience.
Customer service refused to give me a straight answer I should have backed away then! I ordered the roses. They all came smashed, with many dead and discolored leaves. They are SO small I thought it was a joke at first! All but one appeared to be some kind of miniature plant. For what I spent I could have gotten a dozen gorgeous plants from Lowes or locally that are mature and guaranteed for FREE! I feel like I got conned. I will not be ordering anything from them again. Do yourself a favor and find a local place to order from!

I ordered a Japanese Snowball tree and waited anxiously for shipment confirmation as the order stated it would ship in 2-3 business days. I never received an email or the tree. I called customer service (2 times before I got a representative) and he stated it was on back order. Summer weather is now here and not good time to plant a young tree in the heat and humidity of my area. Would have been nice to have been updated on the order status. I am cancelling the order tomorrow. Won't try them again.

My Haas Avocado tree arrived with almost half the leaves eaten with holes everywhere. I called Fast Growing Trees when I unpacked the tree and sent them pictures. I don't feel like I received a healthy tree.

Over a two-year period I had trouble with a maple tree. At the end of last year, there weren't any leaves on it. However, the agent said to wait until spring (we had purchased a warranty on it). This spring there still weren't any leaves and the bark had dried up completely. Fast Growing Trees replaced the tree with a lovely, full-leafed tree. We're hoping this one lives and thrives as well as the FGTs that already are prospering in the yard.
Purchased a Japanese maple that seems to be doing well. Purchased a red bud that came with 4 branches and 4 tiny leaves, not what I was expecting. The leaves are starting to wilt despite our watering and desperate attempt to keep it going. It's really the most fragile under developed tree, I feel bad for it. My fingers are crossed that it makes it!
Ordered three 1 Gallon bushes. All three had broken branches and didnt look that great. More than likely won't be ordering any more plants online.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
