I thought a shrub on a 3 gallon container would be a decent size-container was larger than the shrub! Will be years before it be a nice size

Pretty good overall, the hedge roses seemed to be bound up but look to be overcoming.

I ordered the dragon fruit tree as a gift. It was prefect only a small pice of the plant was damaged but it's doing great.

We bought two trees. When they arrived one tree was decent. The other tree had one measly leaf on it and it was broken! It was basically a stick! I was not happy considering I paid 100 or more per tree. I called them and submitted a picture with my initial complaint. I got an email 3 days later asking for a picture. ( I was annoyed) I resent the picture and expressed my dissatisfaction with the one tree they sent. The customer service representative was GREAT! She sent me another tree no questions asked (after seeing that picture!) We got the second tree and it is very nice! Many leaves and worth the money we paid. Four of the six knockout roses I ordered arrived somewhat beat up. Two were considerably smaller than the other four.
Fortunately, with a little tender loving care, they are looking better.

The box was upside down on my front porch I ordered 16 plants as able to save 6 because they were covered with bags, the 10 were that were not covered with bags. We're upside down and covered with the potting soil. Not sure how to get a refund.

I ordered 2 thornless blackberry bushes. They came well-packaged. There was no damage. So far the plants seem to be happy where I planted them.

I'm very happy with FGT's selection of plants, mainly houseplants because I currently live in a condo. Ordering from them was easy and knowing that they offer a warranty on their products was a plus.

Tree purchased arrived damaged and am having to nurse it back to health.

Tree came, delivery was great. I was a little worried because when I open the box the and the leaf's started to fall off. We planted it the next day lost the rest of the leaf's but within a week new growth. Tree is so green, cannot wait to see how it goes.

My tree arrived with no leaves. I planted the tree and it is dead. I will be asking for a new tree. Very disappointed.

I bought 3 cryptomerias that are 2ft tall. Was delivered swiftly, packaged neatly and compact, easy to open, brought it to the backyard and planted them in the ground in few minutes.
