I pay extra for bigger Apple trees, I also both plum tree. They shipped over the weekend, delivery suppose to be 2 days, took 5 days to deliver, plum tree was 6 branches broken, Apple tree 3 branches broken, I call email, the response I got don't worry they will grow back, I pay extra for bigger tree, I would not recommended this company.

I called and spoke with a very nice man who sent my trees very quickly. The trees were well packed and the right size for my order, there was one broken branch though,
I am homeowner. I ordered four knock out rose trees and rocket fertilizer from Fast Growing Trees(FGT). The trees arrived, the fertilizer did not. I called FGT and they said they would send the fertilizer and it would arrive in 4-6 business days. I inquired as to how quickly these trees should be planted and the rep said I should wait a few days to give the trees time to recover from the shock of treatment. When I indicated that in the past, I heard that the plants/trees should be planted immediately, the rep said no, they shouldn't. I called back the next day and spoke to another rep who stated the trees should be planted as soon as possible. I expressed my concern with the divergence of advice. I asked if they could overnight fedex the fertilizer and the rep and the rep's supervisor told me that they did not have the ability to do that. So, while none of this is a big deal, I wanted other potential customers to know my experience. I will be investing heavily in landscaping/trees but will no longer use FGT. I only wished FGT's representatives had the ability to provide good customer service.

If your plants have been in transit for several days, it's best to let them rest in the shade for a few days to recover prior to planting.
Ordered items along time for delivery bow was destroyed FedEx driver dropped on front steps. Plants had come out of pots and soil was loose in box. Plants have died.

I bought two small clematis plants. When they arrived they were half dead. Both plants required the cutting of the dead stems. There were only three on each plant so they are very much denuded.

PLANTS RECEIVED IN HEALTHY, GREAT CONDITION. CONTINUED HEAVY RAIN PREVENTS REMOVING DEAD PLANTS AND PLANTING THESE. I KEEP THEM WATERED UNTIL I CAN PLANT THEM.

Ordered what we though were more mature plants since we bought the 3 gallon size. What we received were 3 dead very juvenile plants, and not even sure if they were hydrangeas (they looked liked tomato plants).

We ordered two Asian pear trees. This time they were packed very well. One was beautiful and perfect. The other's root ball came off the trunk as it was removed from the pot. We shall see if it survives. I'm hopeful.
Packing of the plants led to major damage during and upon delivery. Carrier did not follow directions to lay box flat and every plant had major breakage. Packing of plants needs to be improved to prevent. Will not order again.
I ordered a 6 foot Weeping Willow for our place at the lake. It arrived in perfect condition. Not one limb was broken and it had plenty of leaves. It has since been planted and is thriving. I will be ordering from this company again, as they have earn my complete trust.
I got two plants. The Lilac bush looked like it was dead on arrival and the dragonfruit tree was very fragile and looked like it would break apart easily.

I bought a 4' persimmon and a Elberta peach tree from yall and planted them last week. The persimmon tree is very curved, and it came that way, so much it's about a foot shorter than it should be. The curve is in the middle of the tree. It's more or less like a branch is growing out instead of the main tree. The tree is thriving because it has green leaves. Will it straighten out or do I stake it? The shaft of the tree is completely vertical. Right now, it's just not aesthetically pleasing to the eye and if it grows 50' it's going to look awkward. I have a mature oak tree and it has looked the same way since I bought my house 16 years ago and I want to cut it down.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
It looks like there are only a few small branches broken which can happen during transit. These branches will grow back within this growing season but we'll reach out to help!
