My plants arrived with much of the soil out of the pot, in the bottom of their bags. My plumeria has 3 leaves. The clematis has 4 leaves. I was shocked at the low value vs high price for these plants

I purchased a Florida pineapple tree and a Eureka lemon tree. I'm very happy with the way they were package and please on the progress they are making.

Ordered plum tree with three different types of plums grafted onto it. The approximarely 7 foot tree arrived flawless & in perfect health, in sturdy packaging. It is now thriving where my daughter in law planted.

The white rose of Sharon arrived out of the root ball. I planted anyway and I am hoping that it takes. Besides that everything was good.

I ordered a Meyer Lemon tree.
Shipment was fast, the tree arrived well packed and healthy.
I have planted my Meyer Lemon tree in a pot and hope to enjoy tasty lemons in the future.

While shopping, I appreciated the details the website provides about each item. The 6-7 foot tree we purchased had the limbs and roots trimmed back, seemingly more for shipping and transplant shock than for pruning purposes. The blackberries looked healthy but weren't handled with care during shipping and arrived a bit beat up. The coral drift rose bush looked great.

I ordered several plants, including 2 blackberry bushes. One of the bushes was dry and dying, and I complained and received a response 2 weeks later, telling me that plants are sometimes sad when they arrive. Well, who pays $70 for a bush that is half dead? I don't want to go back and forth, but this customer service is not as advertised.

Order ******* has not been received yet. Original order shows confirmed on May 7 but still not shipped.
Order has been out for 24 days. I wish I would have received status updates from your company if the trees were not available at the time of my order.

Received the tree timely. It was well packed. However the tree wasn't quite wet enough and some leaves dried out. Mostly satisfied with the tree.

Ordered total of 5 plants and was shocked to see that all 5 plants were stuffed in 1 box with no partitions whatsoever. The plants came in squashed, wilted and soil was all over.

I ordered two trees and they took longer than it was described. Also one of the trees had top branch broken due to the packaging. In general quality of the trees are good.

2 day shipping took 6 and on top of that 4-6ft 90$ tree came and it was 2ft. Don't recommend to anyone.

Majesty palms were small and the root balls fell apart when I started to plant them in containers. I paid $69 a piece for them and the palms were the size of $19 palms at Lowe's and Home Depot. I had to purchase other majesty palms ( same size) from local green houses ( $19)to add to outdoor containers to make the palm containers look presentable. I will never buy plants sight unseen again. I overpaid about $300 dollars for these disappointing palms.

Loved the look of this tree on your website. It is looking a little straggly at the moment but hoping once it is in the ground and Spring comes next year, it will fill out.

Delivery was very fast and the tree (crape myrtle) was in good shape. However I am disappointed with the Rocket root fertilizer. 3 years ago I have bought a similar tree as well as the root rocket, the root rocket package then was double in size and my tree (crape Myrtle) grew double within a week, It is now 15 feet high and full of flowers. My new tree was planted in the same manner as the first one but insofar has not grown at all.

Purchased two apple trees, arrived within a few business days in great shape. Got them in my yard a couple days after receiving and so far they are doing great, been about 3 weeks!

Original order were bare sticks, two replacements are much better. Just planted we ll see how they grow
