I ordered 10 green giant arborvitae and some pink muhly grass and everything arrived in great condition, very healthy, nice plants, I trust this company to deliver exactly what is pictured. They delivered it fast as well. Great company!
I ordered three gardenias, they were beautiful when I received them, and took off well when planted. Sadly one died within a few weeks. I contacted customer service, and was given a replacement. A week or so later the other 2 died, as well as the replacement had not been planted yet. I contacted customer service and explained what had happened, and requested that I did not want any more of the gardenias. They were very accommodating and gave me store credit for them all with no complaints. The company stands behind their product, and the process was very smooth. We have had very good luck with everything else that we have ever bought from them. Mostly trees, and we will keep coming back for more, as we are landscaping our new home. Thanks!

I had a blueberry bush that came in but died. You guys were good to send me another one... took a while and then it was delivered to the wrong house which the plant sat in the dead of heat for a few days so by the time the neighbor brought it over, it was dried up and died. I didn't want to request another one again so I called it a loss.

I keep receiving emails stating that it's been delayed, yet I haven't seen any signs of it being shipped, nor have I received any other communication to properly explain the delay. Any question I ask is just addressed with "do not have an expected time frame."
After my original tree didn't make it, I called to speak with someone. I filled out an easy form and submitted with 3 pictures of my dead/dying tree. I received my replacement in a week! At first the stress from shipping caused some loss of leaves from the replacement, but I took the advice of the expert and my tree is thriving now!

My Japanese Dogwood arrived at my house with Shothole disease. I did everything I could to keep it alive, following all instructions from Fast Growing Trees. I am an avid gardener and have been gardening for over 40 years. I even had my tree specialist look at the tree. The tree didn't have a chance to live.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
