The company has garnered a generally positive reputation, with many customers praising the quality of their trees and the reliability of their shipping. Customers appreciate the careful packaging and the company's commitment to customer satisfaction, often highlighting responsive customer service and effective handling of replacements. However, there are notable concerns regarding service delays, particularly during peak seasons, and issues with product condition upon arrival. Flawless process and great customer service. Amazing variety of choices.
Poor packaging and abysmal shipping create the perfect storm resulting in both shipments of blueberry bushes being broken to pieces. I think that the way plants are packaged by fast growing trees needs to be reviewed and restructured. The current packaging resulted in our plants arriving in terrible condition four out of four times. The odds should simply be better then a roll of the dice when it comes to receiving ones order in acceptable condition. I would also suggest a better labeling on the packaging to ensure shipping companies recognize which side is "up".
Every tree, shrub and plant I've bought from Fast Growing Trees has been a happy experience, arriving quickly, in perfect condition and has growing quickly.
I'm trying to revive them, but the avocado plant and lemon tree are a lost cause.
It took three tries but we finally are happy with our purchase. The shipping process was a little frustrating. The shipper wasn't being careful and the trees kept being damaged in transit. But after three attempts we finally got our trees in good shape. The really great thing about it was that FastGrowingTrees.com would take one look at the pictures and not hesitate to immediately ship a replacements. Very responsive in that regard.
Ordering was easy. Grasses arrived packaged very nicely and the plants were of very high quality- healthy and beautiful! I also appreciated the planting tips. Very satisfied!
When I placed the order I told the person that I needed the delivery to be delayed several days as I would be out of town. I was assured that the delivery would be when I was back in town. The delivery was made 4 days early, so the trees were outside in the sun on my driveway for 4 days. In addition, the boxes were labeled to stored horizontally. Both boxes were stacked vertically so one of the trees was "upside down" for the entire 4 days, making the root ball dry out. I planted the trees as soon as I returned home. Hope they make it, as they don't look too good so far.

We ordered a lime tree and have it about a month. We have repotted it and it is thriving. The tree arrived in very good shape.
Great experience overall but unfortunately one of the apple trees we ordered died shortly after we planted it. The other is alive and well and we hope it will thrive!
I received this tree and it was dead within 4 weeks of purchase. I can't tell you how disappointed I was.
I had been looking for one of these for years. My house is full of plants and they are all thriving! I don't know why this tree didn't survive but I was more annoyed with the company when I had called to tell them about it.
This will be the last time I order from them because of their customer service!

While shipping a live plant in warm weather the shipping company is important. I purchased this plant for my mothers birthday. The original delivery date was May 23rd. On the 26th I called FedEx to find out why the delivery wasn't made and there was no update. They gave me a run around and told me they would look into it. It was delivered the next day. The plant was as close to dead as possible. My mother feels it will make it. This is the 3rd time I have had this happen with FedEx. Once I never received my shipment at all. They informed me they couldn't find my address but left a will redeliver tag on my door.

Both of the trees that I ordered died and instead of refunding me as I asked because I was out of town they sent me two more which also died.

The trees were packed so there was no damage.
They were shipped exactly as described.
Trees are pretty expensive and they should come in better condition

I received my beautiful tree as Mother's Day gift. My husband planted the tree a week later after receiving it. Unfortunately the tree isn't doing well and hasn't grown any branches or new leaves. I was looking forward to having sa beautiful tree on my front lawn.

The tree seems healthy. Well packed and easy to plant. It's only been in the ground a month or so, but I have high hopes. I'm going to train it as an espalier.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
