We got a box with two trees in it, and opened it immediately. Inside, there was a pear tree that looked healthy. However, it's rootball was sitting on top of the smaller cherry tree, and had damaged most of its leaves. When we took it out of the box, the cherry tree only had 4 leaves on it. We planted it, following the directions, but so far it's been a few weeks, and it has not gained any new growth or leaves. Honestly not sure if it's going to make it. The pear tree is doing great, but I'm disappointed that our $80 cherry tree is basically a stick at this point.
I bought 2 plants from them with double price of Amazon thinking that quality mighty be good. I was so disappointed when It arrived. When I tried to return, they told me I have to pay 25%restocking fees and delivery charge. Pls stay away from them.

The 2-year rose bush that I received was tiny, on death's door and with a root that was so small that I have to stake up the plant so it isn't just fallen completely over! Would not shop here again. Hope the rose doesn't just die.

I have never ordered vegetation on line before so I was a little nervous. However, the palm tree I ordered came neatly packed to prevent damage and was healthy. I received it 3 weeks ago and it is already thriving and growing.

Easy on-line ordering system, plants arrive in pretty good condition considering... a couple broken branches, leaves, etc. but honestly not any worse than the trees we drove home from the nursery in a trailer! Growing instructions enclosed, pot wrapped in plastic so I could easily water them as soon as they arrived and let them acclimate to their new environment. Potted lemon trees are hanging in there, no new growth yet; Quaking Aspens arrived with more broken branches but within weeks there is all new growth and seems to be thriving! So glad I purchased from FastGrowing Trees.

The dogwood I received was small and the form wasn't ideal. A large branch was broken. We planted it anyway and it's doing okay. But my husband went to a local garden center and found another one more than three times the size and much better structurally for the same price. The elderberries were very small (I have bigger tomato plants) and will probably take years to get to a reasonable size.

My last 2 trees came broken and were 3 days late. I have sent numerous emails with pictures. Not one person has gotten back to me. I have bought from this company for 2 years with no complaints, the first time I complain I am ignored. Will not shop here again. Funny that I can't upload the picture of my 2 trees that are essentially broken in half!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
