This being my first order from Fast Growing Trees I was a bit cautious even though they had a good rating on their site and only ordered one item. I ordered the Myers Lemon bush in the quart container. It was easy to place the order, easy to check out through paypal. I got emails about my order on confirmation, shipping, and expected delivery. All easy and clear. My bush arrived, well packaged without any damage and instructions on what to do next with my bush.
I ordered four trees total. Of the four, only one arrived looking healthy. The leaves on the other three were wilting and had limbs completely broken off. I planted them immediately, but I'm not sure whether all four will make it.
The plants that showed up in no way represented what was on the website. Way over priced, one of them is dead. I could get what I saw on the website at Home Depot for $10 not the $40 I paid. When I entered the promo code it wiped out the free shipping. I have contacted my state attorney general and the better business bureau.

Admittedly I had low expectations in ordering a 6' Crabtree online. FastGrowingTrees.com exceeded my expectations rations. They shipped it fast, it arrived with no damage, and came with planting instructions. Looks great In-N-Out yard and look forward to it maturing and producing beautiful spring flowers!
Terrible experience. I order trees it takes 2 months to receive half of the trees I ordered. I call about second half and get told they ship tomorrow 3 times this happend finally last time I get told the trees I wanted are no longer available until 2022 I just want my money back but they keep talking and get me to take different trees instead. Now the different trees show up half the size of what I wanted been in the ground a few weeks and look like they are dying. Oh and now I get an email saying the trees I originally ordered are back in stock.

We bought a Shademaster Honey Locust tree on this website because we couldn't find any nurseries in our area that sell them. It is a good sturdy tree and looks great. Hopefully I can keep it growing!
I ordered 3 bushes and 2 trees. I received my bushes quickly but not my trees. When I emailed customer service, they quickly explained that the trees did not pass quality inspection and could not be shipped. They were able to refund my payment for the trees quickly. I will look at FastGrowingTrees.com again.
After numerous phone calls finally getting a hold of you your callback system is terrible to the trees came with broken branches and leaves broken free delivery doesn't mean you cram two trees in one box

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
