Tree delivered quickly without any problems. Is alive and growing.

From start to finish everything went well. If I need something else would definitely buy from them again. Tree came in good shape and looks like gonna make it. Thank you.

They ship you expensive dead trees; go elsewhere. Even big improvement stores have better and less expensive trees.

Ordered 2 trees which arrived quickly ans in apparent good condition. Both were in "root bags" that had some planting material and nutrient with instructions to plant with the tree. Simple enough, however, one of the trees seemed to be separated from the material in the bag. We opened up to make sure there were roots intact. There were but barely (particularly for the size of the tree). We planted it and have been monitoring closely. I have concerns for its ability to flourish or survive.

Plants didn't come as I expected. It was almost dead. I really want to return but I changed my mind after I saw return policy. It's looks hassle, I have no time to return. I'll never buy again from this site, I just waste my money..

Very pleased with the trees I have ordered; they all arrived in excellent condition with the exception of one that FedEx damaged, but that was replaced very fast. Great customer service in my experience.

All 12 of the Rhododendrons had broken limbs. I went ahead and planted them.

The shopping, purchasing, and shipping was very good. The shrubs however were in poor condition upon arrival. I wanted to return the product but it was going to cost almost the same to ship them back.

I ordered three trees for spring delivery. When they arrived, the trees looked very sad. One looked dead and dried out. The other two trees were wilted and had multiple broken branches. I took pictures and sent them to customer service. FGT contacted me the next day to say they agreed with my findings and that a new order was on the way. The new trees were perfect and are thriving. Excellent customer service and products!

I called in my order, and the customer service agent was so patient, answered many questions and was very pleasant! Upon opening the box with my Meyer lemon tree, I was crushed that the tree trunk had been snapped in half during shipping. I was grateful I had purchased the warranty, but had the best customer service and in 3 days had a beautiful replacement. Our tree is thriving and we anxiously await seeing our first lemon. Thank you to the customer service people at Fast Growing Trees who made sure I was happy with my purchase. Very satisfied.

I trimmed it to clear away the dead branches, watered and fed it and it is doing well.

Ordered a sweet bay magnolia and it arrived well packed and exactly on time. We planted it right away and already seeing growth. Planning on ordering more plants as we decide what other plants we want.

I planted two weeks ago and followed directions to a T. The 3 leaves that were on top fell off and it's now just a stick in the ground. Hoping it takes

The plants came on one long box, strangely they were included from both sides (so one side is upside down), not one sided, so the soil fell out. Not sure why it didn't come in 2 boxes so you know what is up and down. It was very much squeezed together. The plants are nice but small. Especially the palm and fig tree I expected to be larger.

All three trees were well packaged and arrived quickly. I must say that even though I knew I was buying the smallest size, I am still surprised, a few weeks later as I look out at these tiny guys, by how petite they are!

The tree came beautifully packaged and ready to plant.

FastGrowing Trees canceled my order and refunded our order because the product we ordered didn't meet their standards.

Guaranteed 1-2 business shipping was not guaranteed and shipped nearly 8 business days later only to arrive with the leaves falling off and me still trying to rescue the poor tree.
