Every plant I ordered died, or became diseased. When asking their "plant experts" no one knew how to help. They could barely decipher if they had enough water or not. Buy local. I replaced everything with items from a local nursery and now my garden is doing great.
All plants came in very healthy with specific directions for planting. I followed the directions and all plants are thriving. I am disappointed in my Jr tree watering rings. Even though I followed directions, they only drain about half empty.
A great company to trust with products, delivery and standing behind their commitment to quality customer service.
You could find better plants at a much cheaper price at Lowes but if you are looking for a plant you can't find elsewhere this would be the place to buy.

Fast Growing Trees really stands behind their products. FedEx dropped off my avocado tree on my porch upside down standing on its end. The tree gradually started showing more and more signs if stress over the next couple weeks, leaves turning black and dropping off. I reached out to FGT and they immediately sent a new tree. I love my little avocado tree. I hope this one fares better. The customer service if FGT makes me feel safe to order from them again and again. I wish all companies stood behind their products the way this one does!
Purchased the lemon tree as a gift. The tree arrived as promised and tracking the tree through shipping was an ease. The plant is healthy. Was in much better shape than expected. Leaves are full and have dark rich color. It's June so for the summer it will stay on the back deck. So far so good. Only had the tree for a month now but will definitely be a returning customer.

Horrible experience with this currently and in the past. It seems they just send horrible specimens knowing they cannot be returned easy due to size. 1 for 10 about on the trees or plants living. Totally unacceptable. I don't buy it that in 2 days of spring weather a tree will die. It's bogus. They send sticks i. E. no leaves sometimes no roots. Will NEVER use again. Also the free shippingis in the prices. Prices are astronomical for said sticks being sent.

I contacted them immediately upon receipt and they refuse to refund despite showing images below that the plant is half dead with holes in every leaf. They MUST be full of BUGS and still ship BAD PLANTS!

Fast Growing Trees has terrible customer service. This was a credit from my first order, from a plant that died within days. They gave me a credit and now I can't even get reasonable plants from this company or a reasonable response. I should have my money's worth!

Please know that we do treat our plant for pests while they're in our care, but unfortunately it's very difficult to keep them from munching on the leaves from time to time. Was expecting the tree to have a thicker stalk. The leaves were all bruised. We planted it promptly and watering it constantly in dry period. Will let you know if it makes it

I purchased a 4' tall October Glory Maple tree and the dowel rod/stake was almost as thick as the tree (less than 1/2 diameter) was. I should have gone to a big box store for this somewhat common tree.

I called and spoke with a customer representative. He was very helpful and assisted me with placing my order. My primary purchase was a Rainbow Eucalyptus. Shipping charges would be $30.00 but if i spent $30.00 more i would meet the amout for free shiping. Without looking at the website, I asked about a hydrangia. Just so happens the hydrangia was $30.00... perfect. When i tell you i received a 4-5 inch hydrangia sapling, that's what i received. $30.00 for that? Ridiculous!
I ordered two plants & they both arrived dried out. After a few weeks of being planted, my Wisteria is finally starting to have new growth. However, the climbing rose has had all dead leaves & flowers when it arrived & has not grown, there are no leaves or flowers.

My Tree is dying. Received tree with root ball completely dry and falling apart. Contacted Fast Growing Tree and was told to wait a month to see if the tree makes it or not. The jury is still out weather the tree will make it. I hope that Fast Growing Trees stands by their commitment and replaces the tree if it does not make it.

I ordered two trees - fig and avocado and both arrived securely packaged and in great health. The avocado tree was transplanted into a container and it is thriving with new shoots and leaves. The fig tree really delighted me though - it's quite small at just a few inches tall, but it is full and luscious! After just a couple of weeks in the ground it has 5 figs on it. That's right - it's less than a foot tall and it is bearing fruit! I can't wait to try my homegrown figs!
The tree came one wimpy leaf and after two weeks, it's now a $130 twig

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
