They do not respond timely or at all to customer service emails and have ignored me and why my item was completely pruned to where there is nothing left of it. And it says it's a slow growing tree. Description said I would get a 5 gallon tree and larger pots are more mature. Also part of it is dying now. And they didn't post my review on their websiteā¦no wonder it's all "5-star" reviews. I would not buy from them again due to poor customer service, inaccurate descriptions, and expensive prices for what you truly get.

The overall shopping experience was very good. Easy. All arrived in a timely manner. One tree out of the 2 ordered looked rather sickly. Planted with care in a large hole filled with good dirt and manure. Sick tree is now nearly dead. The other looks good

I've had this experience twice now. I ordered several items, one of which was larger than the others. Everything is packed in a long, narrow box that is NOT conspicuously marked that the box should remain horizontal during shipment. In fact, in both instances, both ends of each box (which had a "This Side Up" type notation plus an arrow) had been assembled such that the arrow and warning logo was totally covered up. This resulted each time with the box most likely being stood on its end for shipment (that's the way each was left on my doorstep), which in turn forced the top plant, with its relatively heavy pot of soil, down on top of the larger tree, which equals broken branches. As these breaks were at the top of the tree, they are quite noticeable; I don't know if they will "fix themselves" as the tree grows. Another problem is with the top plant traveling upside down across the country. The dirt falls out which wrecks the plant and deprives it of water and nutrients. FastGrowing replace two such damaged plants, but I had the same problem with the replacements. I like the company but not the shipment.

The 2 patio trees that I ordered were left on my front porch standing on end. The box specifically said to lay flat with a certain side up. They were very dry and jostled about. The yellow rose appears to be doing OK, am concerned that the coral rose may be in trouble. Honeysuckle seems to b doing OK.

Every "drop and grow" tree that i got died. 8 cherries total including the replacement tree. Meanwhile the 22 bare root trees that I purchased from another company are all in great shape with lots of new growth

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
