Cons:
1.) fiddle leaf fig (FLF) and snake plant both arrived damaged. They were both replaced. The second FLF was even more damaged!
2.) boxes too short for the FLF, so leaves bend and ultimately damaged to fit into the box.
3.) FedEx was used, the WORST service in Durham NC. The trailer arrived in Durham at 5 PM on a Friday but wasn't unloaded until early Monday morning in 90+ heat.
Received a very small meyer lemon plant that with time, luck, attention and proper sustenance should grow into a prosperous tree.
The 2 first tree I ordered from FastGrowing Trees arrived quickly and with no problem. A few months later I ordered 2 blackberry bushes. They sent one blackberry and one raspberry, but they replaced the raspberry with another blackberry with no problem.
Received the trees very quickly and they were in good shape.
Very disappointed with the size of the boxwood that I paid $60 for and is about the size of a melon. I have ordered from other online sites and received much larger specimens for less. The arborvitae purchases also was very thin and not a full specimen as pictured on the site. I would not have picked either of these plants if I had gone to a nursery myself to purchase.

Arrived a week late during a heat wave. Shipped Tues, supposed to be here Fri, didn't get until following Thurs. Yes, that's fedex's fault but you need to choose a more reliable shipping method (FedEx is not reliable in these parts) and follow through if there are delays to this degree. You guys showed zero concern for my investment. The "specialist" I spoke to on the phone was not very professional, she had poor communication/people skills and did not seem very knowledgeable at all. I kept the 6 dogwoods though they were in rough shape- some bug damage (not real bad but enough), and mold or some grayish damage to some lower leaves, also lots of crispy leaves from sitting in a fedex truck for NINE DAYS in 100+ degree heat. Honestly was surprised they made it at all (that's why it not 1 star) but instead of having 6 beautiful dogwoods as advertised, I'm still playing doctor trying to save these poor things. Oh, and the free Myrtle tree I got for spending so much was a tiny broken twig. Was expecting more for $275 dollars

These butterfly bushes are extremely over priced for the unhealthy plants they send you! Do yourself. A favor and shop at Walmart instead.

I ordered a 4th Cleveland Pear tree to add to the previous 3 I ordered. This one came with about half of the branches broken off at the trunk & the top branches cut short. It's a healthy tree & it's doing fine & new growth has already started, so still happy, but would have been super happy if the branches were broken off.
The ordering experience was fabulous but after the order was placed it all went down hill. I received confirmation of the order and also received confirmation of the delivery but there was no delivery. I spoke to a customer service rep that explained that sometimes happens. Huh, how, why? The rep offered to send out another shipment which was nice. I asked that the shipment include a signature required for delivery and the rep said I would need to call back to have that request honored. The fact that I had already made 3 calls in attempt to find what was delivered eliminated the possibility of me calling the company for a 4th time. I requested a refund and for the order to be canceled. A partial refund was provided immediately and I had to again call the company to find out why my entire refund wasn't processed. The situation was escalated to a supervisor that authorized the rest of my money being returned. Tragic outcome from what seemed like a promising situation.

We ordered two rose bushes. One came as a tree and not a bush. They both looked somewhat worse for wear. The tree especially. One third of it was dead and withering branches. We cleaned it up and planted it. Hopefully it will survive. We will continue to nurse it. The bush was in better condition and seems to be doing better.

I received my order quickly. The tree I received was healthy and has done well after planting in my bed.
Emailed about dead plants and sent pictures. Nobody got back to me so I called and talked to a man that could hardly speak English. And did not help me out at all with the dead plants. Still waiting for someone to help me. Not going to use this company anymore.
We received our banana plants very quick. They were wrapped very well, and were surprisingly in very good shape! We planted them as instructed, and they took off growing immediately! They seem to be very healthy! We would definitely order from you again!
All products were in wonderful shape and looked healthy except for one Chicago fig tree. The tree was broken off and separated at the dirt site. So I believe I'm lost that one. But other than that I am well pleased

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
