The gal who took my call was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had been looking for a particular tree for quite some time. It arrived in just 5 days and in great condition. We planted the tree right away and it seems to be growing very well. It's been over a month so I'm sure if there were issues I would have seen them by now. Great price, great service

I ordered 3 tea plants and a lingdonberry plant. They were all looking really good when I got them and still are doing good.
It took me too long in choosing what I wanted to buy, there are some flowers this company doesn't have, also, not all of them are for the zones they say, but I respect all the work they do taking care of a lot of nature/they have.
Some trees were damaged, most likely not their fault, but Fedex and they replaced them with no hassle from the FGT. I really appreciated what they did. I will truly be grateful for what they did.
Not one nursery in our area had these trees. I ordered one and within a few days it arrived. Planted it that day and it has been growing very well since then.
The ad said they shipped the next day. I ordered on Saturday and they shipped it Monday. It was supposed to arrive on Wednesday. The tree did not come until Thursday. Several leaves on the tree were black on the edges as the tree must have gone through a lot of stress being in a hot box for 4 days. I planted it a few weeks ago. Although the leaves are still damaged, the tree seems to be ok so far. The other disappointment I had was that the ad said the roots would be in a burlap bag that you did not have to remove, but the tree came in a plastic pot.
So far all 12 of the plants we purchased are doing great. They arrived easy to unpack and with instructions on planting

I received my order of 1 wisteria (looks great), 1 honeysuckle (looks great), and 2 hardy peacan trees that look like dead sticks placed in burlap and dirt. I still cared for the trees per instruction. They have been planted for over a month with no sign of growth/life. They still look like dead sticks in my yard. I reached out to Fast Growing online twice and received no response back. I also attempted to call, no response about the complaint. I even attempted to reply to an email that I received from them. I did get a repsonse to that email stating that I can't place a customer complaint to that address. I would sincerly just like someone to reach out about the issue of the peacans. I still have hope that they are alive and will show growth next year but I am unsure.

The trees I got first were small and 3 dead but fast growing trees made it right and replaced them Larger healthier trees
I ordered palms from this vendor. The palms were great. Then I ordered Hamelias. The Hamelias were ordered twice. Two plants in each shipment. Both orders came in crushed. The plants are shipped two to a box, with instructions to lay the box flat. The shippers ignored the instructions, and the plants arrived with the box vertical. The top plant fell down on the lower plant, killing both.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
