The mandarin orange tree I purchased has literally done not much of anything. On the plus side it hasn't died. Leaves are a little droopy but look relatively healthy other than that.
Cuz I was going to be a little bit of damage in transit, but for the most part I feel like that's what fast growing trees is about. You get fast growing trees and their shipped and sometimes a little bit of damage small limbs being broken is unavoidable. I think they really try though.

The customer service lady asked me to wait a month to see if the bushes will recover. It's going to be a month soon and the bushes still have fungal diseases! Very unhappy with the purchase. I previously wrote a review about this but received no help.

Trees arrived quickly and packaged to avoid damage in transport... beautiful! I've ordered many over the years and the few mishaps have been taken care of without any hassle or trouble. Service is great and I will order again (and again!).
I order 10 evergreens from Fastgrowingtrees. Com for the first time ever. I did purchase the year warranty. Unfortunately, 5 trees did not make it after a month. Customer service was very responsive. After sending photos, they credited me with a refund. I reordered and they shipped the new trees promptly.

I bought a 3 gal Ponytail Palm "in a Delilah pot". The plant was not packed well at all, one section of it broke off in transit, half the soil from the original pot was spilled all over the inside of the box, and it was shipped WITH a pot that I had to transplant it into (rather than IN a pot as promised in the description and for which I paid a premium). I also bought a 3 gallon Dragon Fruit Cactus. It was also very poorly packed and several sections of it broke off in transit. I purchased a Delilah pot and it looked like someone sat on it. Even after being filled with soil and the plant for about two weeks, the pot is still misshapen and probably always will be. The plants appear healthy (although beaten up), but I haven't noticed any new growth yet. I spent almost $200 on these two plants. If Fast Growing Trees would have spent a few dollars on packing materials and had taken a few minutes to carefully pack the plants, this would have been a much better experience.

We bought a crepe myrtle tree. It was a little dry when it came through but we watered it right away let it stand, get some rain on it before we planted it. It seems to be growing very very well the leaves are nice and healthy. We look forward to future growth and blossoms.
This may be a dupe, but Sitejabber asked me what I thought. I ordered the plant with high hopes. I also ordered from another company at same time. I intentionally paid up for fullest possible plants. FGT shipment was two nearly bare stems with roots shoved into mulch almost as an afterthought. I contacted FGT via website... no response. Called FGT and got helpful rep who agreed to ship me new plant. New plant arrived, was better than the first, but not worth the price, especially in comparison to other companies comparably priced offering.

Easy to order and my tree arrived four days later. As stated my tree was 6 foot tall and very straight in excellent packaging.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
