All trees arrived healthy. There was definitely leaf loss, but after a week of acclimation, all of them are putting out brand new leaves and growth. Really impressed with the quality and size of the trees.

We ordered 12 Hollys. They were shipped 2 to a package and most were intact in their pots, some had spilled some soil. The trees were almost 3 feet high and in good condition.
I purchased six limelight hydrangea trees back in April-May 2021. Five have done okay and one has not. Wondering if their customer service will do something to compensate me for the one tree ($160 cost)?

Japanese Maple - red dragon took to long to get here. It had crispy leaves on 1/4 too of tree and broken branches. Water it, planted with original soil that came with added new soil in pot. Plant not healthy and don't know if it will make it. Disappointed with the experience.

Several of our dormant trees did not survive, but Fast Growing Trees ended up replacing them. The first representative we talked to hesitated with the replacement, but we called back and spoke with another rep who handled everything quickly. We really liked her and thanked her for her help.
Shipment arrived late. Arrival dates are unrealizable. The way things are packaged and handled make them prone to shipping damages including broken branches and turn leaves.

The customer representative that I dealt with was super nice helpful and understanding of what I was looking for. We ended up finding the right tree I needed and she took care of me right away. The only issue that I had was that a came quicker than I needed it. But that was probably my fault by not telling them when I needed it. But it came fast and it did not come with any issues. Packaging was questionable but like I said it came without any broken branches so my family and I were satisfied.

The tree came fast shipping and packaged with care, very healthy as well. I was surprised with how big the tree was, I was expecting a lot smaller so that is another plus! Since it is currently in the low 100s where I live, I was concerned that once I planted it, that it would struggle with the stress of the heat like the rest of my poor plants. But it is doing well and thriving! Very happy with this purchase, what a great deal. I did shop at my local nurseries near my home, this looks in far more better health, even after shipping. I have had excellent experiences with other varieties of dwarf nandinas (from other sources) in other locations on my property. So, I thought that 'Flirt' a smaller variety offered by FastGrowingTrees would be a good choice for a similar but smaller location. I originally ordered the smaller 1 gal. Size. It arrived quite small and, despite planting by professional gardener and drip irrigation, never 'took'- it just dried up and died. Because I had bought the guarantee, FastGrowingTrees promptly honored my request for a replacement. I decided to upgrade to the 3 gal. Size (and to order 2 instead of 1). They credited the 1 gal. Item amount toward that replacement purchase. The 2 new, 3 gal. Plants arrived soon after placing my request and were considerably larger - healthy, well branched and lots of foliage. Both were planted professionally with drip irrigation and, a few weeks later seem to be doing well. It's a bit too soon to know for sure, but I am optimistic that they will continue to do well. I did buy the guarantee again for the replacements and recommend doing so for shrubs and trees.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
