My previous experience was earlier in the year when I placed an order for a group of trees. I was having issues with a discount code on the website and had called before I placed my order. The associate was extremely helpful and helped me placed the order right over the phone with the discount.

4 plants in one box that took a beating in transit
Just got my Coral Bark Japanese Maple and I love it! So now I ordered the White Flower Kousa Dogwood. Can't wait!

Both trees are in the same area, but one has been doing poorly and is a runt. Then just recently the one doing well must have suffered in a recent storm and actually broke at the bottom of the thin trunk, and is now sadly "deceased."

We bought a crepe Myrtle and it was awesome. It came packaged with moist dirt… And it's flourishing. Then we ordered a whole bunch of small plants from you that came in dry soil and out of the packaging. They were horrible and didn't make it. I complained and got a gift card I didn't even come close to covering what I spent. Therefore, I am using a gift card that you sent me to try to make it better. That's the only reason why I'm buying something else. Hopefully this will turn out better Than the last time. But I would never recommend your company.
