I had ordered a weeping red maple which arrived in good shape and is thriving. I then ordered four shrub roses that arrived in terrible condition, likely due to terrible shipping and heat. Fast growing replaced them with apologies The replacements are gorgeous and thriving

Two of the 5 plants I ordered died. The process to redeem the one-year warranty was too cumbersome so I just ordered new ones. Hoping to keep them alive this time.
The tree started out great. But, about half way through the growing season, it stared to fail…and, there was no saving it once it did. Sad.

Have ordered a number of times over past 3-4 years and have only had a problem one time. FGT was easy to work with then and replaced the tree promptly that failed to grow. Everything else I have planted has continued to flourish and grow especially in year 2! Website is great and easy to use and search and descriptions and photos are accurate.
I have ordered a number of trees recently from FastGrowingTrees to fill a. 5 acre bare backyard, From evergreen trees to fruit to redwood, all of these trees have arrived in really good shape considering I am across the country from NC. Highly recommend these folks.

I always have had a good experience ordering trees on the website. And I've always been pleased with the plants when I receive them. The website is very easy to navigate and it has very good information about the various plants and trees. It eliminates the need to go to other websites to find out about Specifics regarding individual tree types.
The first delivery was thrown in the truck and carried with all the staples removed. Fed ex had the trees in Arizona for 3 days which is 10 degrees hotter than Vegas. There are only 5 leaves left on the peach tree and several branches broken off.
I bought 10 trees for you and an insurance policy. 2 of the trees were not in good condition when delivered and have continued to wither. Your company made me jump through hoops to get coverage and is charging me the shipping fee for the replacement, which just seems wrong.
Two bannana trees survived one did not, forgot the one-year Replacement Service. Any chance now for recovery? Think it was the "ice cream " variety……. Maybe slip into this Order? Thanks
