I ordered a black knight butterfly bush and cherry tree about 2 months ago. For some reason the butterfly bush is exceeding my expectations and it's gorgeous but the cherry tree failed to thrive. I contacted the company and within 24 hours they are sending me a new cherry tree minus shipping and handling as described. I am very glad that I bought from this company and will continue to do so in the future!

I have bought 2 dwarf limes and 2 dwarf blood orange trees and they are doing great. They arrived healthy. Am purchasing a dwarf fig tree today

Always easy and a joy. Product is always exactly as I expected it to be.

In the rare case of needing to replace a tree they were replaced with no problem.

I did get a palm tree, a windmill palm tree and the container was smooshed when it was delivered, but it did survive so that was a little bit of negative but otherwise, I've had a pretty good experience

Just had my 1st order delivered today of a Chicago Fig Tree, Haas Avocado, Elberta peach tree and our Lemon tree should arrive in a few days. No complaints as of yet, thankfully!

I've ordered several trees from Fast Growing Trees. They have arrived in good shape except for 2. Called customer service and they were very kind and replaced those trees. Had another tree that died on me and they graciously replaced it. I highly recommend Fast Growing Trees.

Ordered a plant as gift. Wouldnt arrive in time. Sent request as wont let u talk with person. Never heard back in the " 72 hour" supposed response time. Had to order a second plant just to get it where it needed to go.

The tree arrived crispy due to heat I'm guessing. It was not replaced

I have been ordering trees now from FGT for 10 years now and I have had nothing but good experiences with them.

I understand the packaging is a little tricky when shipping trees, 3 of them were damaged pretty badly. Branches broken, resulting in trimming trees back a foot. Customer service applied 15% refund to 3 trees. Should have shopped locally looking back at these.

I have now made several purchases at FGT. The company is the best online nursery! Their customer service team is amazing! On my last order I purchased a Dura Heat River birch tree. Prior to the order I contacted FGT. The young lady addressed on concerns and too addressed my request to have a beautiful healthy tree picked for me. When I received it! Wow! Healthy and beautiful!

This site delivers great plants in great shape! They also have lots of on line information about how to grow, trim/prune, feed, and harvest specific plants. If the written guidance is insufficient, they provide on-call plant experts to help ensure satisfaction with any purchase. I have only had one less than positive experience with this company. I purchased an ever bearing strawberry plant and was disappointed in the price/value, size, and overall health of the strawberry plants. I paid about $34.00 for one strawberry plant that was not much more than a bare root plant. I also bought the same type of strawberry plant locally, and from Amazon. The Amazon plants were 4 for less than the cost of one of the FGT's strawberry plants and they grew faster and larger! The nursery strawberry plants were slightly more expensive than Amazon (but still much cheaper than FGT's) and did just as well as the Amazon plants. Since I have had success with the trees purchased here, it is only the smaller plants like strawberry plants where I had a problem and the reader might want to be more careful.
