I received a box with 3 plants in it. They all looked as if they were struggling to be alive; however, I attributed the condition of the plants to the fact that they had been shipped and were in a box the entire time. The money tree I ordered was pretty shabby, but I was able to get some life put into it and it's doing well. I ordered a shrub which came to me engrave condition and subsequently died. Upon contacting the company, I was given instructions to follow for approximately two weeks to no avail. When I inquired about how they were going to rectify the situation, I was told that they would send a replacement, but I had to pay the shipping cost. That does not sit well with me because when I spend my money on something, I expect to receive what I paid for and I did not. There was not one single flower or anything on that plant when I received it and for the price, I expected at least that. So I am not sure if I will be ordering from them again.
We have ordered 3 other trees, they come packaged great, healthy trees. We ordered a healthy kit to plant with the tree to support growth. We plan to order more trees.

The tree that a previously got the furit medley tree arrived. I was incredibly disappointed, the tree is advertised to grow up to 5 different furits. Mine had a single graft and can only 2.

As a former commercial citrus grower, I've watched citrus greening decimate the Florida citrus industry. So when I read about a variety that was developed to be resistant to greening, I wanted to check it out. We had our first citrus blossoms in 10 years this Spring. Heavenly. The trees are doing very well and hopefully they will indeed be resistant to greening and be able to produce good fruit for years to come.

I purchased the American pillar arborvitae's from Fast Growing Trees. I had a few problems with them, their team was extremely helpful throughout and helped me warranty the ones that need to be replaced.

I received 3 very healthy fruit trees but didn't order enough of the root fertilizer, so I went local. The local nursery, not Lowes, couldn't match the quality of the organic fertilizer that FastGrowing Trees sells. They said that it was really good stuff and everything they carried were chemical based. So Came back to get it from FGT.
