My experiences with the trouble plant happened, I reach out to the customer services who went above and beyond in patience with me guiding how to go on with the process to get replacement of yhe plant. I have utmost satisfaction in dealing with the customer services till the end and will get the replacement to me soon...

I planted two persimmon trees three years ago. They're bearing abundant fruit this year. And I planted an apricot tree last spring. It's still a baby.

I was fearful of ordering trees that I didn't personally pick out. I found with my previous orders that both trees were much nicer than I had been seeing at my local nursery.
The packaging was such that no damage happened to either tree which came from different locations. I'm impressed

I've purchased plants a number of times and have been pleased with the product almost every time. On the one instance the plant died within a few weeks, customer service replaced it very quickly.

I needed to overseed a hybrid Bermuda Grass lawn torn up by insects, and hard worn by my three retired racing Greyhounds (sweetest, most chill dogs ever... but LOVE to run in the yard). So I tried the seed from another company with NO GROWTH. I then tried TurboTurf Bermuda from Fast Growing Seeds. WOW. Fast, beautiful growth. SO, on top of top quality seeds, the price was AMAZING and the service was fast and online experience great. I am now a repeat customer and could not be more happy. THANK YOU FAST GROWING TREES!

The trees all arrived in fantastic shape and have grown well this year. I planted them in containers and will be moving them into an unheated garage for the winter. Next year I will report into larger containers.

My Satsuma tree, arrived healthy, but didn't make it. I completed the guarantee form online and the next day received resolution. I'm very pleased with the service!

I've had good experiences with this company and it's the only one I trust. My only problem with y'all is the seedless grapes. If you order Concord grapes you won't know until you get if if it's seedless. We should be able to choose. I would be upset if I took that gamble and received a seedless plant.

We ordered two different dogwood trees, a white blooming tree and a red blooming tree. The ordering and delivery process was very easy, fast and efficient. When I took the trees out of the box they were taller and full of leaves that wasn't expected. We are very happy with the trees that were shipped to us. So happy that we're ordering eight bushes as well.

The plants arrived in excellent condition. I was unable to plant them immediately but kept them watered. I was able to plant them a week later and they still were in excellent condition. Also when I placed my order I forgot to add the discount code to my shopping cart before I finalized my payment. I called customer service and was granted the discount code and was refunded the difference. Great company - excellent plants - superb customer service. I have ordered several times now and will order again!

Both my previous orders were so established and had even been pruned as needed. Just had river rock and overgrown lilacs removed and now my yard is a canvas.

I had a problem with my first order, they replaced all of my trees. I ordered second time, happy with my trees. So this is third time.
