I find what I am looking for and it is very easy to order and pay for. This is my second time ordering. Shipping is fast and packaging is good.

This is my second time purchasing trees and each time the experience has been fast and easy --not to mention the great tress they have and how well the arrive and ready to plant

I ordered rose bush and the box got smooshed by shipping and it so far hasn't made it but I've noticed every other year sometimes the Roses bounce back. If we can stress to shipping that these plants are fragile and be more careful, that would be great.

Bought a fast growing dwarf banana tree 2 months ago. Came packed in a straight up box about 3-4 ft tall with plastic around the pot keeping in all the moisture. I repotted it a few days after receiving and it has grown double the size and is amazing to all the grandchildren; and to me. I am located in the most southeastern part of North Carolina and the weather here is perfect for this plant. In about two months we will be moving it into our sunroom for the winter with a humidifier and ceiling fan on low until next March. Wonderful company. Thank you!

Have been working on helping my two daughters with yard renuvations including landscaping. Product comes in well package and have not loss one plant so far. Will continue to buy from Fast Growing Trees

I bought over $500 of trees. Filed a warranty claim on one of them. Was told they couldn't honor the claim because the trees are only guaranteed through zone 8. Then they claimed I had not planted the trees according to some guideline they sent via email after my claim. We followed all the instructions sent with the instructions emails with the trees wanting to do everything right. I've always been told we're in zone 8b. They claim we're in zone 9. Though their map of where the trees were good at clearly showed my location covered. Super frustrating, they had no issue selling me the trees, taking my money, but then wanted to bicker over one tree claim of one tree out 38 that died. I won't be using them again. I understand having policy, but when you have a map on your website that contradicts what your telling me in the warranty claim, it feels slimy

Nice plants but lost several this summer. Some from heat, but a few from other reasons. Hard to send pictures because I don't know technology.

I ordered two cherry trees last purchase. One lived and one died. I emailed customer service, sent them pictures and they replaced my tree.

I have been ordering trees from this company for three years. Their service is outstanding: easy to look for what I need in the internet, the ordering is simple and friendly, the trees arrive well packed, and always in wonderful conditions. What else can I ask for? Just perfect

The tree that was shipped to me was received too late for planting in the South, it died, although I have had good luck with scrubs and trees in the past.

They are normally Packaged care, plants are
Healthy and delivery is swift.

Bought two avocado trees over a month ago and they are both growing well. So I decided to two ice cream bananas in a second order. Waiting to receive them. You ship them in great boxes and arrived in great condition. I have bought plants from others and only 50 percent survived. I will always buy from Fast Growing Trees in the future. 👍

More confident ordering now because they honor the warranty.

Several plants in early orders had DOA plants. However I am seeing better results in more recent plants.
