Great customer service in honoring the 1 year warranty. This is the second time I've lost a tree and once I submitted the required information, the replacement was approved and the trees put in the mail.
I got a 3 gallon Cryptomeria and then 2 more 1 gallon ones; one is for a gift and I wanted another one for a gift because I love the Cryptomeria and I don't see them in the nurseries here.
One experience was good; the other bad. I had a previous free ship and online it would not give it to me. I had to call and a woman took my information for a credit card and I heard NOTHING else about it. This was in August and I am still waiting! I tried to email but can't get thru to find out what happened to my previous 1 gallon order. SOMEONE has my credit info but I don't have my bush. The first order was for a 3 gallon one and it is fine.
I have purchased from fast-growing trees since 2008 and every tree has thrived and done amazingly well. Always arrives well packaged and with instructions. I can't find myself going anywhere else. I rather ship from FGT than buy locally

I tried to figure out what trees shipped to arkansas. It sorted and still showed me a bunch of fruit trees that didn't work and wouldn't ship here. It isn't a complaint. Just figured you should know. All other aspects were awesome.
Shopping is grand. There seems to be a database issue with shopping by state though. I chose my state, and wanted some items, but then it said it doesn't ship to my state. I just wasted a chunk of time. Not complaining. Y'all might want to check on that.

Very pleased with the condition of the plants and their size. The price was much lower than our local nurseries. The plants were shipped three days after my order. The plants arrived three days after shipment by FedEx. The plants were packaged well with minimal damage to the outsides of the shipping cartons, but that was due to FedEx's rough handling, and no fault of Fast Growing Trees. I would definitely order from them again.
First order was a success ordering an Autumn Blaze maple and a Lime Light Hydrangea. Hopefully that this second order of 2 Sugar Maples turns out as well.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
