The tree arrived well packaged and a bit in shock from its travels. We did not get to plant it for a few days but kept it watered and in sunlight. Once planted it took off like a rocket. We gave it a bit of fertilizer, and it never looked back. Six months later, we are so happy with the tree, we ordered another one for a different area of our new home's landscaping.

The plants are well packaged and comes fairly quick. The last big order i made, it was delivered 1 box, 2 days late. I am trying to save them but I won't know till next season if they come back. I love the 1 year guarantee as it's alot of money to invest in.

Everything I've ordered from FGT has either worked out extremely well, or was promptly handled or replaced with a high focus on customer satisfaction.
This is the only online nursery I use, and I recommend it to anyone.

Shrubs and trees. Trees have a better track record than shrubs. Had several shrubs die, but FGT refunded the plant cost. Never had one of their trees die.

I have ordered plants for two locations. Plants were awesome and very reasonably priced. It is nice getting them delivered rather than going to a nursery.

I love how quickly the orders ship and I think that these are incredible gifts to send but would like the ability to include a gift card with the orders

Your prices are a little high so that would be the only negative

I was worried about some of their plants after I planted, and I contacted the plant experts and was reassured I did it correctly with some needing food and others not. I planted all the plants at end of summer beginning of fall.

I'm very impressed with the selection of trees and discounts on bulk amounts. We have purchased close to 30 trees for our acreage as a wind break. All our thriving and growing well.

The website makes it too easy to spend my money. But there's always sales and new offerings. It's really a great site. All of the info is here. I don't have to waste time trying to find info or climate like I do at my local stores.

I always receive lovely plants. My first experience with an order didn't go well. My zone rating changed that year from an 8 to a 9, and the plants I ordered were an 8. They didn't survive the heat. Unfortunate lesson learned.

Received my trees in excellent shape, however they died over the winter. I'm now using the guarantee to replace then. Hopefully they will all live.

Their plants are high-quality in an excellent shape when they arrive. I prefer to buy from fast growing trees than from other big box hardware stores. The plants are just in better condition plus their prices are extremely competitive and even cheaper with coupon codes!
