The trees arrived looking pretty good. Once planted following the instructions the trees took a turn for the worse. Now it looks like two twigs planted out in the yard.

Each tree arrived with yellow and rust spotted leaves. Potted on day of arrival. Still in same condition. Hope for comeback in spring

The tree I ordered came fast and was well packaged. It seemed healthy. The instructions on planting were easy to follow and well written.

Never received my order! In early August I purchased a navel orange tree with a scheduled August 11 delivery date. My first inquiry resulted in an explanation blaming the heat for the delay. I was given a FedEx tracking # but it never shipped. During my third contact with customer service, I requested a refund. Very disappointed I didn't get my tree.

I was not really impressed! The plants arrived borderline dead wilted with brown soots on leaves. They were much smaller than I thought for the price. I will have to see how they do, but by the looks of how they arrived, I can do much better locally in price and quality. My friend purchased from you and had great luck... I will have to see how they do!

I placed an order for about a dozen plants in August. Two arrived showing excessive damage from bugs. Two died in less than a week. I reached out for a refund and was told my options are either replacement plants or a site credit. I chose plants. It is now October first and I have not received my replacements. The overall quality of the surviving plants is fine but I won't be ordering again from this site.

I researched for evergreens that were wide by low and could grow in shade, drought tolerant, deer resistant - very specific needs. Chose 1, bought 4 bushes. Put them in the area to be planted and they all died. All 4.

When the nectarine tree arrived, many of the leaves were yellow and dropping off the tree. I sent pictures to the customer service staff showing the yellow leaves and told them the branches are turning black, Customer Service, did say they would replace it in the spring.

I have ordered trees several times this year from FastGrowingTrees.com and in each instance I have been very pleased withe the quality and size of the trees, as well as the fast transit times for shipping. I have usually received the trees within 2 working days once they have shipped out. Highly recommend!

Bought two 3-4' hybrid poplar trees and they shipped in one package without any support in 90 degree weather. I opened the box and one tree was upside down on the other. Both trees are effectively dead but I can't get my money back, only replacements when I can provide pictures of a brown inside of the trunk so I get to enjoy dead trees until then. Thanks fast growing trees!

It's great when it's great... for my first few orders I had positive experiences and good quality on the plants ordered. However, on my third or fourth order, I received six (6) disease and damaged plants and Fast Growing Trees was uniformly, nonresponsive, and dismissive via email correspondence. In fact, when they received the unfavorable review (which to my knowledge has yet to be posted publicly), they reached out to inquire posting questions previously answered multiple times via email - wasting more of my time explaining the same - and their team still never resolved the problem and refused to replace the half dozen admittedly diseased plants they shipped in that condition.

I ordered and received 3 different Raspberry plants. When they arrived 1 did not look so good. I planted all 3 in hopes that that all 3 would grow. Unfortunately the 1 that did not look so good died. I got ahold of FastGrowingTrees and was immediately a replacement. This customer guarantee is one reason I trusted this company. I highly recommend this company if you are trying to decide who to buy from.

I had purchased 6 peach trees from fast.Growing trees 2 years ago and they should have been harvester peach trees, which are known for their yellow flesh and their sweetness and juiciness.\n When my peaches finally grew and I had fruit, it was white peach trees, and those have more of A Floral taste almost a combination between a plum and an apple. So eye contacted fast growing trees.com and they quickly replace them. I was very grateful for having the correct trees. Now I just have to wait a couple of years to see if these are correct. Because any tree that I have purchased from them. That says that should produce fruit in the first year, it does not. And I've always purchased at least a 6 foot tree or tower.

Im very dissatisfied with the tree that was sent to me. It looks awful and still after several weeks looks awful. I would not recommend anyone buying from your company.

I ordered trees first week of August and still don't have trees on October 1st. They say now that I won't get them until the end of October, great time for planting... BUT every day I get at least one email trying to get me to buy more stuff from them,

Received order sooner than anticipated. Both trees were packed perfectly. They are healthy and transplanting them was easy. Can't wait to see the growth next year!

Bought 5 crape myrtle trees... 3 for planting this fall and 2 will arrive in spring. These trees came pristinely packaged and were at LEAST 1-2 ft. Taller than I paid for. Within a week leaves were healthy, perky, and the trees are WELL established before winter.

I have over 22 fruit/nut trees of all different types. I keep coming back because of the great customer service and excellent prices.
