Plants are charged immediately, way before shipping. I believe billing should occur when

Was given a dollar amt off, except when you qualify for free shipping, you cannot use. Really frustrating!

This is the third order I have received from Fast Growing Trees in 2 years. The product always arrives fresh and healthy. It is a great experience to work with them.

I ordered two plants- the plants were packaged on top of each other in one box. Not properly packed in a way that caused them to bump and bend during transportation. Didnt arrive in good shape

My trees arrived in very good time. They were small but seem to be doing well. I did order the root rocket. I will post later to see how they grow.

The plants arrived quickly and look healthy. The packaging was effective, as the plants had moist soil and the pots and plants stayed in tact. Looking forward to seeing them grow.

Never Again. The flowering Quince is no more than a stick. Boy did I get ripped off. You crammed the 2 crepe myrtles on top of one another and did the same with the holly. You can only imagine how they looked when they arrived. Shame, Shame on you.

Plant seems to be dead on arrival and has not revived. Planted as instructed, but no growth. Very expensive and disappointing

My latest order has been as pleasant an experience as my previous orders. Healthy, gorgeous trees, quick shipping... no complaints! In fact, in this last order, there were two trees for a neighbor because I couldn't stop raving about FGT, and we promptly decided that our adjacent front yards need at least two more, so we're already plotting the next order!

I would like it if you could sort the selection of plants based on your zone so I am not looking through options that wont grow in my area.

I bought two apple trees. They arrived on time and in good shape. I called and asked about planting in my zone and a representative told me to go ahead and plant them now.

I received my plants in a timely manner and they arrived bigger and more beautiful than I had hoped for. The plants were definitely well taken care of and packaged beautifully. I am excited to see them become a part of my home and yard.

My Key lime tree came me to me very stressed after 5 days at the post office.
You guys said give the Key Lime 45 days and then you will reimburse for a in-store credit.
