My plants arrived very healthy. The instructions let you know that during transport some leaves could turn brown due to lack of light. Or there could be light damage during transport. Just remove the brown leaves and trim any damaged portion. But I have to say these plants were healthy. And even though they went through transport. I didn't have any brown leaves or any damage to the plant. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I recently bought 3 plants and all the plants were very well pruned and they arrived in excellent condition. I have planted them for now in pots but will soon in few weeks transfer them in the back yard. Just can wait to see them grow up and produce fruits...

You can count on these plants to be healthy and thrive. Planting instructions and good follow up.

Was a little leery of ordering shrubs online. But don't regret it. All shrubs and trees arrived in one day (close to SC distribution) and were packaged well. All are planted now just hoping the frost doesn't get them..

Plant arrived in great shape, and very promptly. With a hard freeze set for tonight, I hope I didn't plant it too soon.

Received tree. Unpacked it and found that burlap was loose and tree was just on top of filling and not covered by filling. Some leaves black around edges. I planted tree and hope it will survive. Tree was moist because of plastic bag but arrived as a bare root tree.

Beautiful, healthy looking plants, And I am happy with my purchase. I only wish that when you buy two/a set, that they would pack two that looks similar in height. I wanted a symmetrical effect but they are about 10 inches in difference. They are both beautiful though.
So I will either prop one of them up, or abandon the symmetrical effect idea, either way is fine:)

Trees looked good on arrival. So far a good experience. Now if they will live with the tender loving care I plan to get them that will be very good.

Trees were delivered in a reasonable amount of time, healthy, grean, larger than I imagined which helps with placement, and I dont have to waiti a year for them to grow, very clear care instructions. Couldnt be happier!

My tree arrived today and I was surprised to find hardly any roots in the burlap sack that I thought would contain a root ball. There were a couple of thick branching roots but nothing smaller than an inch. We'll see if the tree grows.

I sent an arabica coffee tree to my sister for her birthday -- it arrived very quickly and in beautiful condition. We're delighted, and can't wait to see how it grows over the next few years!

The tree arrived quickly and were in great shape. The pot I purchased was a waste of money. The trees were barely 1ft. Tall. I expected a tree between 1 and 2 Feet.
