I bought some shrubs for the front of our home. They arrived in perfect condition. Not a stem was broken. I will return to this company over and over!
Purchased Chicago Figs and they are doing well - Also included in the order was a blueberry - not doing so well. I would recommend the figs to anyone - I do have fruit this first year. About a dozen on the larger tree. 8-10 on the smaller. I have the trees in 25 gallon containers.

Beautiful chocolate mimosa tree delivered very quickly. Easy transaction and not too pricey! Was delivered in a pot of soil and could stay in it for a week. Customer service answered all of my questions and seemed very knowledgeable in regards to the care and delivery of the tree. Would recommend to everyone!
I don't know, I payed a lot of money for what appeared to be a twig when it arrived in the mail. For the first 6 weeks it did nothing but turn yellow. I called FGT for help and really did not get any confidence in the response I was getting. I was told to buy a certain product because of it's ability to turn the tree on and get it growing but it did not stand up to the claim.
I purchased a warranty so if it died the tree would be replaced. I finally decided to take bold steps and concocted a mixture of organic fertilizers. I've been feeding this mixture for about 6 weeks and the transformation is dynamic.

Could not be happier with my tree purchases if i had bigger property i would buy more culamar apple trees my apple trees are in there second yr of bloom and there loaded with what will be huge apples come sept you guys have great trees n customer service thanks again for awesome apple trees

My plants arrived two days after ordering. Everything looked good right out of the box. When I planted my gardenias and white dogwood they started growing like crazy! I will be buying more plants from FGT. It is nice to do business with professionals.
Everyone laughed at me for ordering a "twig" online, but my "twig" has grown to a legitimate tree in 3 short months. I would have paid 3x as much at my local nursery for the same tree.

I am an experienced grower that rarely loses a plant, but out of the 5 Green Giants I purchased from https://www.fast-growing-trees.com/, two have died and a third appears on its way. According to my local nursery, the root balls were too small (most likely to save on shipping costs) to support them in the dry Midwest climate. I asked if they could replace the 2 lost with smaller trees (not as much root damage), and they replied that they would be happy to give me store credit for a little over $100 dollars, which would retroactively pay for the warranty. Every nursery in my area and even the big box retailers warrant their plants for a year without extra cost.

Quick ship, good packaging, but I didn't know you were supposed to leave the burlap bag on the root ball during planting. I happened on those instructions on the site after I'd already planted the tree! There should be better printed instructions in the tree box. Also, I thought the tree was dead after I planted it - dried branches snapping, etc. It wasn't, but I think it was pretty dry when it was shipped. The root ball had very little soil around it in the burlap bag, and what was there was dry & flaky.
The tree did recover however, & looks beautiful.
The Leland Cypresses I ordered were supposed to grow 3 - 4ft./season. I've seen no evidence of growth since planted in the Spring, although they seem healthy.
I bought 2 plants, one did not grow as expected. It has been one year, one plant remained small, unhealthy.
I ordered two English Walnut trees and paid what I thought handsomely for the two. The crown of the branches that I got were freezer burned and the root ball was very small. It was trimmed strangely so I pruned slightly so it didn't look so weird. I planted them properly and watered them adequately. It took for ever to see any new green, but I think they are going to make it, although rather stunted.
Great experience, trees were delivered in great shape and they are growing just as they should. Great company to do business with.
My tree came in a box and I was impressed. It was a little over 7', green, and intact. I planted it Asap and she thrived and continues grow. Very cool!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
