The trees grew last year after planting. Now, we'll have to wait and see if they survive the winter and grow more next spring and summer.
One tree had a big root ball, the other had hardly any. The one with no root ball to speak of only grew about 12" tall.
I have ordered at least 10 trees over the past several years and at least 5 have died, and I only had insurance purchased on 1 of them. The shipping and website are great, but the trees die too fast.
Nice trees, packaging was good and the trees were undamaged. They seem to be growing but its too early to tell. Delivery took a while though.
My review is mainly for the company. Earlier this year I bought two avocado trees, one of which did not make it very long. I'm sure there are a multitude of reasons for this and I don't blame Fast-Growing-Trees. They were kind enough to replace my avocado plant free of charge and shipped it to me immediately. I appreciate that kind of commitment to the customer, so they have my vote!

Tree arrived promptly, as promised but had no root ball, struggled initially and was dead in 3 days. It was just what I wanted, seemed to be shipped right. It just didn't have a chance.

This is my second hobaround with these folks and it was as disappointing as the first! Only reason I did it again was their customer service rep named Elvis. Although it took him 2 times to get it somewhat right.
Completely satisfied- I am completely happy with my products! The gigs are numerous and were packaged well. They should do quite well during the winter. Again, I love them!
I was not satisfied after the dogwood tree I ordered with the paid warranty died the same tree was not available for replacement and I was persuaded into replacing it with something I discovered after the fact was not even a nice tree. If the original tree was not available i should have been offered a refund. The trees offered on this site are expensive for the size and if the company could not offer what I originally ordered I should have been given the option of a full refund. The tree they convinced me to replace the dogwood with is ugly. Needless to say I am very disappointed and feel like I have been cheated.
I purchased a Pink Empress in May of this year, it was only a small stick with little leaves on it. I planted and took normal care of it. As of now, it is 6 and 1/2 feet tall. I will purchase again.

We were gone on a family vacation for a week on our rtn the plant was found dead even the pomegranate plant has hardly grown
Trees are doing fine, roses have grown at least 4 feet high and about 3 feet wide, since I bought them in less than 18 months... trees have grown to at least 8 foot. I have clay dirt, get enough rain, I don't even have to water any of my plants.
My purchase of 40 Thuja Green Giants was a great purchase. I planted them the last of April 2018. It is now September 2018. They have survived an incredibly hot and humid summer here in Mississippi. I have not lost a one of them. They have grown a little, but I expect them to really jump next spring when the root system has been fully established and the spring rains come. I am very pleased with Fast Growing Trees. They have quality products at a reasonable price, and their customer service is top notch.
We had a tree that showed up broken and not only did they resend it immediately they added a smaller tree as well.
