I bought my dad a cashew tree for Christmas because the cold the first one that was sent wasnt thriving I reached out to them and they sent a new one, my dad just received it and it came thriving he's so happy I would only buy any plant tree etc from this company

One of the plants I ordered was not delivered with the other plants I ordered. Only after I inquired about the missing item I was informed that it will be delivered later: two months later.
I expect better communication.

We've purchased numerous trees from Fast Growing Trees and have always had excellent experiences. All trees have thrived and arrive in good condition with clear planting and care instructions.

Ordered 20 Leland Cyprus trees. 19 are green and healthy, one is yellowish but we are hopeful it will bounce back.

The tree you all sent to isn't what you stated. My finger is bigger than the trunk of the plant. For the price I could have gotten a 50 gallon plant from the local nursery. You sent me a gallon plant which is over priced. My neighbors were going to order from you all, but after seeing my plant, not tree. They decided to use the local nursey to get a 50 gallon tree for the same price. I will never purchase from you all again and place a blog on social media platforms about your tree(plant). I'm very disappointed because I think you all false advertised.

The trees were basically dwarfs. They had a very small root ball. Despite properly watering and proper planting the trees died within 2 weeks

Needed a replacement tree due to one not making it from my original purchase. Customer service representative was so helpful and made the whole process seamless. Especially love that it is so easy to reach and talk to a representative instead of making it so difficult as so many companies do. Will recommend and continue to use as the need arises!

Packaging was perfect but the 6 foot tree was as thin as a willow and only one or two branches. Hope it survives

I bought this small bush knowing it was off season. It came a day late. We planted per directions immediately. There's not a leaf on them. Hopefully, come spring, the plants will come alive.
