Ordered a 6 foot orange tree. Received a 4 foot orange tree. Company refunded a whopping $20. The tree has been struggling for a couple months. I am not convinced that it is going to survive. I think you would find more value getting a tree locally from Home Depot, Lowes, or a local farmer.

I made the huge mistake of buying a tree from a big box store before I found and ordered numerous trees from FastGrowingTrees.com. A world of difference in how the trees are pruned to grow properly and also how fast they actually grow! I contacted customer service after receiving my tree and planting it and it died. I asked to use the warranty for a replacement tree and no one has contacted me about this issue. I sent a follow up email and still no contact.

I chose two beautiful small trees,among many. Easy to order,fast delivery,arrived with no damage. Unwrapped and watered, and planted next day. This Was late dec./// Is now 1/3/25. Waiting on new growth. We've been dry, cold spells, fog and little sun. Cking every day.
I wrote TWICE to customer service to get a resolution for a money tree that I bought for over $60 that died after being shipped to me, I sent pictures and all and nobody contacted me back and I do not have a money tree anymore! And paid for a dead plant!

When the delivery company let my tree languish in the Fed Ex warehouse for four weeks, they sent me another (which arrived in a week).
I've bought numerous trees from FGT over the years, and all have done very well so far. I've also been extremely impressed with the support - whenever I have questions, it is very easy to get an actual person on the phone and they have all been extremely helpful. I have recommended them to family/friends and will continue to be a customer myself.

Our trees got here quickly. The staff was very informative and knowledgeable about how to keep the trees healthy until we can plant them.
Asked for an invoice copy having no printer as everything was destroyed in our home due to fire. They refused & I had to cancel the order. Provided feedback before & no response. Too much trouble to simply print a copy a mail it to us.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
