I don't know how my tree will do until spring. So far so good. The little holly bushes are still green, and in a room with lots of light, when the sun is shining, and the temp set at 50. Hopefully, they will grow well in the spring when planted. I didn't know I need "males" to get with them, so I will be watching for them to be available. I had questions regarding the upkeep of the holly until they can be planted and received a very well written reply! Thank you.

Ordered on Black Friday sales. Packages arrived damaged, items immediately replaced and arrived damaged again. Waited a week or two and support team was responsive and helpful. Mistakes were made on both sides but in the end they made everything right and I truly appreciated the business for it. If had plants arrive damaged but FGT has always made it right which I appreciate

I ordered my fiddle leaf before the holidays and appreciated the shipping updates, as it was going to be delayed due to the freezing cold temperatures. When it arrived it was well packed and easy to remove. The tree was in great condition. I

Terrible -I ordered two Items, maple tree, and a lilac bush. I never received the lilac bush, and when I contacted you guys, I never heard back.

The service of delivery is great and the warranty is not hard to redeem which is nice. The trees however are all pretty small even when purchasing the largest in the offering and are priced higher than a local nursery for a smaller tree. I have had several plants show up that are not well potted and the potting material falls away before I can get the plant in the ground. I have used the service for both my business and personally. I would like to see better offerings on size for trees and better pricing.

This is regarding this order and my previous order for Taylor Cypress: products look as though they are not water as they are held in your facility. The top halves of (6) Sunshine Ligustrum bushes were completely dried out - perhaps they had been frost bitten. I will need to cut the dead off. That's approximately 50% of the height. My Taylor Cypress (previous order) the tips looked dried or dead when they arrived. I was sort of surprised with there last (2) orders because I do not consider this typical from your company.

The hydrangea I ordered came as a very small plant. I planted it but, of course, with it being winter, it has not grown. Therefore, I don't know if it will survive/thrive or not.

I've now purchased nine trees from fast growing trees. All of them arrived in good shape, all with the root pot wrapped in plastic and green leaves on the trees. I also like that you can shop by growing zone on the site. That is super helpful.

I had 3 of the 17 trees I purchased in April of 2024 that had died. I had almost forgotten about the warranty, but I saw their post on FB, so I called. I had already mowed over the trees, so I did not have a picture of the failed trees. However the kind lady asked me to take a picture of the area showing where they were planted. They were gracious enough to replace them, so I ordered 4 more. It is not often that a company backs up their product and was more than gracious in dealing with me when I was partially at fault. I will probably buy more from them in the future.

This tree came in a damaged box and arrived late through no fault of Fast Growing Trees. With that said, the tree was in shock but healthy. It is winter and has been dropping some leaves but it also has new shoots appearing! We could not be more pleased with our purchase and are excited to get the next part of our order,(a lime tree) in February.

You can buy worry free from fast growing trees, I bought all the plants in my garden from this site!

My plants are doing amazing except for one, which they did not allow me to return nor did they send another to replace even though it is still under warrantee and arrived dry and yellow. Customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. I'll probably go somewhere else.

The trees arrived on time in robust packaging that held up well to some rough handling. The 16 trees (arborvitae) were healthy and green and already appear to have taken well to the transplant. The customer service rep was especially helpful to help me prepare for their arrival so I could get them in the ground the next day. The sale price made this a really sweet deal. I'll be back!

I purchased two Lapins cherry tree from the website, delivered in good condition, except one of them had some spots on the leaves, I contacted the seller, and they responded very quickly and gave me so much information, I am waiting now to receive my third tree which is Galaxy Peach Tree. I can't wait to plant it and see it growing.

Electric company cut down my lovely pine trees because they interfered with the electric lines. I needed to find some quick growing evergreens that will eventuslly grow into a nice privacy fence but not to tall to warrant getting cut down years from now.

I received my coffee tree in remarkable shape. Yes, it was evident sunshine and water were needed.
The packaging was in excellent condition.

I ordered a spider plant as a housewarming gift and it looked nothing like the picture. It was VERY small, had brown fronds, and didn't look healthy at all. I wouldn't have paid $5 for it, let alone $45.

First tree shipped well. Second and third trees damaged. Replacement trees broken as well. I will not order again from this business. Good luck if you do.
