From the plants received (a Lychee tree, a kumquat tree and blackberry bush), the trees looked in bad shape. The lychee tree had 50% of the tree dead due to frost at arrival. The rest of tree has only the old leaves alive. The tree itself looks like it has been in the pot for a long time (probably a root all bounded) and the trunk is bended. It definitely will not be a tree that I would have bought if I have seen it in advance. The kumquat tree is all elongated, very thin trunk that can barely hold the tree. The pot was very small for such a big tree, so root system probably is all bounded. As far as I remember from my botany classes, these trees with bounded-roots don't recover well. If I have seen it in advance, I would not have bought it either. The blackberry bush looks in not great shape. I am expecting that this bush eventually will recover. Overall, not a great experience.

It arrived alive and well. It's dormant now. I potted it in a 5 gal bucket for now. An artic blast is expected and I don't want to risk losing it.

The plants I ordered where not what I expected. They were supposed to be bushes but are more like sprigs

The trees were well packaged, shipped quickly, they arrived looking fresh and healthy! The prices were highly competitive. We will order many more times to suit our needs.

We have lost two Rainbows to? They have been planted with care watered routinely with plenty of sun-dropped leaves and died…

My hope is that what I have just purchased makes it past the first year…

The olive tree grown in Ca. Arrived in excellent condition. The Arabica plant froze somewhere in transit and was clearly dying, dead.
Spoke with customer service and they requested I fill out the claim form and send pictures.
They then agreed to send me a replacement plant once the temperatures warm up.

Ordered two lavender plants. One did not survive the transit, but was replaced by FastGrowing Trees. My plants are growing beautifully and I am waiting for spring to smell and see the flowers they produce. Excellent service and would use them again.

Plant arrived very beat up and with all damaged leaves. Luckily, some small totally new growth from the roots but all of original growth dead. Was patient to see if anything would regrow but it did not and policy with plants qualify issue is very short. Never again.

Always pleased with selection especially conifers. The quality and size as described is good. Delivery is fast and packed well

I have been a customer for 2 years and the customer service is great.

The customer service person was completely attentive, sympathetic and friendly about the cryptomeria that arrived partly damaged and turned completely brown a couple of weeks later. After reviewing photos I took at her request, she assured me she would send a replacement several months later when weather was suitable for shipping and planting. If the promised tree arrives healthy and timely, I'll be completely satisfied.

My order # *******233 was never received. This is my third communication with you concerning this. I still have no idea when delivery will be made. Please arrange a new delivery and respond with a new delivery date.

When I placed the order for a Christmas tree for delivery, I was told it would be delivered within a few days. The tree was delivered more than a week after the day they said it would be. I also ordered the tree to be brought into the home and set up. It was dropped off downstairs in the snow (of a 96 year-old woman's home).

The two Pomegranate Bush that I bought do not look like a 3 gallon plant. But with all the trees that I buy this was the only ones that look small. But still a great company to buy trees from.

The trees were delivered in good condition. I am still worried about the weeping willow. The oak is doing great! The order and delivery was fast and smooth!
