I was browsing for trees that would ship to my state using the sites filters specifically for my state. I found the tree I wanted, and in the description my state was not listed on the "does not ship to" list. The item also let me add to cart and check out whereas trees that don't ship to my state will not even let me add to my cart. A couple days after I paid for the order it was cancelled with the explanation that it does not ship to my state. I went back to that specific tree to see if they had updated the listing to not ship to my state, but it still said it would ship here and would allow me to add to cart. If the company knows it won't ship a tree to a specific state, it should be updated on the product rather than just cancelling orders as they come in.
Do not trust the "does not ship to" list. Just assume they won't ship to your state and find the plant elsewhere.

I called customer service and explained I had only received 1 of the 3 I had ordered. The customer service representative was nice and told me that you were out of stock. She stated she would give me a credit and I explained to her I didn't want a credit I wanted my 2 trees. After multiple emails it was determined that I would wait until month for the trees to be in stock again to fulfill my original order. Order *******040 was delivered 3/26/2025 To my disappointment the 2 trees did not look anything like my first tree. In fact they looked like droopy ratty trees. The leaf color was not dark green like the 1st tree and there were a lot less leaves I have all 3 trees in my garage in a window getting ready to plant them. My 1st tree is beautiful sprouting new dark green foliage. One of the other trees is perking up though the leaf color is a light green. The 3rd trees leaves are light green and hanging drooping looking unhealthy. I called Customer service and explained my disappointment about the quality of the 2 trees. She gave me a $60.00 credit which was nice. I used it when I purchased 2 Bottlebrush and Lavender plant. We will see how these plants arrive. I am still not happy with state of the 2 Avocado trees.

I ordered 2...Trees arrived earlier than expected. They seem healthy. Since it's winter they are dormant and we are keeping them in the garage hoping they remain dormant and healthy until they can be planted in the ground.
My order was delivered by FedEx, a total of 5 boxes was supposed to be delivered. 3 showed up first, another box 3 days later, the 5th box never arrived. Had to replacement tress shipped and the were completely different in shape and size from original delivery. Love the trees, had the delivery service

I ordered 4 different types of plants. The blueberry bush arrived first then a few weeks later the avocado tree and still waiting a long time for the raspberry bushes. The plants are very nice and healthy just take awhile to arrive.

Originally on the website I ordered 4 lavendar plants to be delivered as a get well gift in 1-2 days. When they did not arrive I called and was told they would not be delivered until the end of March. Then I was told they would not be delivered until the middle of April. I am still waiting to see if they will be sent.

Sadly one of six slim bottlebush plants arrived dead. It took way too long with CS to settle the problem. I was questioned over and over acting as if it was my fault. Finally agreed to get a store credit since they were out of BBS.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
