I had to speak to customer service to schedule a future ship date. There was no communication when they actually went our, and my order is still incomplete.

I'm anxious to see my Chicago Hardy Fig Trees grow. I have them in pots now. The shipping was fast and packed well. The Flame Thrower Red Bud is starting to leave out already also. I had a good experience with FastGrowing Trees. I will go through this company again.

If you don't have a pickup have the trees or bushes delivered to your front door. I have other trees that I purchased a few years ago are still thriving and looking good. Shipping was really fast.

No information for shipping, very disappointed shape of the trees

The tree is great and doing well, the time it took to ship was fast, the only area of improvement is that a lot of your competitors have lower cost, local and ones that ship.

The trees I received were smaller than they were expected to be, had broken leaves and all of the ahrubs were smooshed. These were not cheap trees and I expected hi quality. That is NOT what I received

Very easy to order and plants arrive in decent shape and at the right time to plant. Any questions or concerns were answered by caring people in customer service.

While we did receive something that was the 6-7' we ordered, we did not expect it to be a super scrawny, lifeless looking twig. There were no leaves at all, all the branches had been pruned way back and they just looked (and still look) terrible. One was also leaning VERY heavily so we've had to stake it tightly against a fence... hopefully that can be corrected! We have planted them and are hoping for the best but there are still no buds or anything that looks like it might be a leaf or bud. Will have to see how these turn out before we would even consider ordering from here again. Honestly, at this point, we wish we had paid more at Lowes and got something that looks like it's alive. :(

I ordered 2 Blue Arrow Juniper 3-4 ft and received 2 4 ft beautiful. I planted them and love them.
Then I ordered 6 Soft Touch Holly bushes that were late to arrive on the weekend, but when they arrived on Monday they were still in very good condition and my order included a free plant. All plants were lovingly packed and arrived in great condition. I highly recommend Fast Growing Trees and know I will order from them again.

I placed an order in February. It didn't tell me until checkout that the order wouldn't ship for weeks (it was a deciduous tree and should be dormant). I waited and the shipping date came and passed without communication - logging in told me my order was not yet filled. I reached out to customer service and a few days later heard back that they didn't have the product the sold me. They had a smaller size and could ship that - and refund the price difference for what I paid. I confirmed this was okay and it still took days for them to reply. I am six weeks from my original order date and still no shipping information.

Fed up with this site after having ordered a single tree. Constantly sends junk trying to get me to rate them. My solution is to block them and never buy anything there again.

When I received my tree, the trunk was broken and the tree didn't survive. I'm disappointed because it wasn't cheap.

My products arrived as advertised and appear to have been well cared for. Shipping across the country to California takes its toll on the plants. It just takes too long by ground. They do have a warranty but will continue to ship via the same method.

At first I was hesitant to have plants shipped to me, but this company certainly showed me it could be done, and done very well.

Trees arrived ahead of schedule and customer sales / support experience was very good.

I have ordered trees from other places and this is by far the best looking trees
