I bought both, I thought that packaging was weird, due to the tree and bush being shipped sideways. So a lot of dirt came out of the pots. I feel that they should have been boxed separately so they could've been upright.
My original order got to a bumpy start but was soon resolved by a very knowledgeable and friendly associate. My trees arrived in excellent condition and the height is just as expected. I highly recommend Fast Growing Trees!
I purchased quite a few fruit trees, vines, and ornamental grasses. All the plants came in great condition except one tree was damaged. Customer service responded right away and sent out a replacement. The person was kind and professional. The items are thriving and I am a very satisfied happy customer.

Service was outstanding. One of the most pleasant representatives I have spoken with in a very long time. She patiently answered all of my questions. Shipping was on time and as promised. The tree received however was quite small and not very many branches for the $179 I paid. I purchased a second tree at the local Home Depot which was much more robust and was only $89. I believe the tree I received was shipped a bit too early and was not quite the size that was promised.
My order of 5 1gal wisteria were paid and exited delivery within 10 days…. Three weeks later I am told they are SILL out of stock!
I received my crêpe myrtle and had it planted about a month ago. Within a week the "sticks" I received bloomed beautifully. I have to admit that when I first received it, I was a little nervous thinking: "how are these sticks going to grow into a tree? And "if they do it looks like it will take a long time." Well, I was wrong and also pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend.
One trees was shipped dead, the other is mostly dead now, being rehabilitated. It's annoying with the back and forth with these people. I will not buy another plant from them

Very unhappy with the 5' fiddle fig I ordered.
The tree came without ANY branches on the trunk. There are just some leaves on the top, making it look very awkward. I spent the money on a 5' because I wanted a full grown healthy looking tree. Nothing like the pictures on the website showed.
I think they cut all the branches to speed up the tree growing in height so they could sell it for the price of a 5'.
I ordered two trays. They were going to be there in the beginning of March. Today is the beginning of April and I not only do not have them but I have one email saying that they would be a couple of weeks late... And that's it. That was 2 weeks ago.
Then I get notes asking how my experience was.
If I could give zero Stars I would give zero Stars. And as I explained, I need to plant these trees now so I can get them established before leaving. So I'm going to be canceling this order.

I ordered an autumn cherry tree, two hydrangeas and an azalea. The tree is thriving already blooming and adding beauty to my yard. Both hydrangeas are bursting with new growth. The poor little azalea had bounced around in the big box and was a mess of broken branches and dirt. I called and a replacement was sent immediately. I also have two older trees purchased from FGT, and they are gorgeous. Excellent quality, fast shipping, terrific customer service. Can't ask for more.

I ordered a 3 gallon plumeria but it is only a 12" stick with a small root that came in a 3 gallon pot but could have just as easily been planted in a 3 ounce cup. I contacted customer service and they said that's because it's dormant. Trying to grow it but no signs of life yet and the plumerias I'm seeing in the yards around me are already blooming and sprouting leaves so I doubt it. Even if it does, it's a long way from being a tree.
I should have known better, and read the reviews; there's one other like mine buried down in there too.
Beautiful exotic trees. Can't find them elsewhere. It sucks when they have to travel across several states and show up with broken branches. Thankfully they offered replacements in an email after submitting the claim form. Haven't received confirmation yet.
I love fast growing trees. I have been ordering from them for years. They package their products well. The bigger trees and boxes show up in great condition. Anytime there has been an issue it has been from shipping couriers. Fast growing trees has always been extra polite and quick to ship out replacements or give store credit. I have had nothing but phenomenal experience with these guys.
The banana tree that we just received is infested with what appears to be spider mites. We will either need it replaced or you'll need to send us the proper pesticide to remedy this issue.

I ordered a plant in February. I received a confirmation on my order, however, no information on delivery date. After a month, I had to inquire about my order. It would be nice to receive an email saying an approximate delivery date if you cannot ship it right away or at least a reason for the delay. It would help in my decision to cancel the order or to wait for my plant to arrive. I found out that my order should ship in April in about in two to three weeks
I've dreamed of my very own orchard. My first 4 trees arrived today. They are healthy and happy. I look forward to the next 4 that I'll buy next year.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
