Purchased this tree about a month ago. It was dormant when it arrived. Now it's looking great. No problem with this company.
I preordered my tree with the understanding it wouldn't be sent to me before it was ready to plant. To my surprise I was notified that my tree was being shipped to me March 13th (received on the 14th) It was and is still Winter. There is snow in my forecast. Not sure why I'd attempt to plant a tree that is already flowering in a snow storm. I say this because fastgrowingtrees recommends planting immediately upon receiving the tree. This would mean I was suppose to plant during Winter which isn't recommended on their site. Second I ordered a small bag of soil. Which was just freely moving around inside the box breaking branches on my tree. Very fortunate only a couple were snapped. Please just tape these bags to the inside of the box for other customers so they stay put. Lastly though is the tree itself. It is healthy as far as I can tell. It has vibrant green leaves, a straight trunk and seems to have a full root ball. This part I am happy with. It is doing great inside my heated front porch. I look forward to planting it as soon as I am able to.

In the past ten years I have made several purchases. I have been happy with the way the trees were packaged. The trees were healthy when I received them.
I ordered 8 Skyrocket Juniper trees a few months ago. About 3 of the 8 were "balanced" full growth. The other 5 were more 2 dimensional and thin. The tops and other branches were twisted from the boxes and have not returned to a natural shape. I am trying to wire train/support all the limbs to look decent and grow this way. I never would have picked these trees from a nursery.
The packaging was nicely done and the plants looked healthy upon arrival. They are still thriving.
I never expected these blueberry bushes to arrive looking so full and healthy.

The Meyer lemon tree I ordered is just as described and arrived quickly. It's very healthy and strong. Recently had a lot of heavy rain and strong winds and it's still doing just fine. I'm looking forward to when it bares fruit. Thanks.

When I called they said they made a mistake in the entry and i would get the tree the following week. It is now March 15th and have not received my tree or any updates.
I ordered a tree for mailing the week of March 5. As I was traveling and would be in another state for all of March, timing was tricky and I arranged delivery to my travel destination. Checking online after the scheduled mailing week, I saw that it wasn't fulfilled so I tried to find out if it would arrive in time via email and the agent said it wouldn't mail until the 17th. She wouldn't provide a delivery estimate because she wrote that they don't know how long it would be in transit. Imagine, a living tree. I asked her to call me (as it was all falling apart.). Nobody replied or called so I tried to cancel the order via another email (because I'm leaving this location on the morning of the 17th.). The email was never replied to. But I subsequently received a notice that the tree was sent, 3 days before they said it would be sent in their secondary response. FedEx site says it will arrive on the 18th after I've moved on to another city. I don't have it yet, so I can't comment on the tree. But customer service was useless. FYI to customer service: it's taking 4 days according to fedex. You could have offered "a week or less". Looks like I'll be driving back to find this package. I hope it's worth it.
The 20 trees arrived in great condition and are doing well so far. However several of them have double main stems. I will say that fast growing trees did not say that the trees would be single stem, so I cannot put that as a mark against them. The entire buying process has be great, and customer service has been amazing. If I were to need trees again in the future, I would definitely use fast growing trees again.
For what I paid I just expected more than just a stick in a cup of dirt. Hopefully it will grow and look like the picture.
I ordered a citrus tree and it arrived in great shape. Healthy leaves and even a few blossoms. Very pleased with what I received.
This is one of the few places I can find Canadian Hemlocks and the sale price makes them affordable in bulk. I appreciate the updates on shipping so I am prepared to deal with them. And the packing is great: even though travel is not always as smooth as desired, the plants arrive in good condition!

I ordered 6 trees. It has been a nightmare to get them. Three arrived of which was damaged during shipment with soil spread in the box. I took pictures and asked for a replacement. It was denied. The other 2 of the remaining 3 trees never arrived despite order showing they are in transit. After multiple calls, I was informed they are held up at FedEx facility. Customer service agent said they'll reissue the order and resend shipment. Then I get a gift card to spend on the website. I asked for details on what it was for. It was later revealed that my order was no longer coming and the gift card was for me to reorder. In other words, she made a decision for me without telling me my order was cancelled. I declined the gift card and asked for a full refund on all outstanding items. The final order had a shipment time of 2 weeks, then I was told it is unclear when it will ship after waiting for 2 weeks. I also cancelled it. All around first bad experience. When I shared feedback, agent tells me it is not their fault it is FedEx. I think she missed the point which is my bas experience and loss of business because of it. Good luck to you.
I am very impressed how my beautiful lemon tree arrived. It was green and healthy. I immediately planted. Its been close to a month and my lemon tree is still green and beautiful. I can't wait til if fully grows and start growing lemons.

First blueberry bush I received was totally smashed - every branch broken, like someone did this intentionally prior to ship. FastGrowingTrees support was great and then sent another one. For the 2nd one the box arrived in a really ugly condition so was concerned I had another dud but was happy the new blueberry bush was in good condition. I also watched the tracking and the plant sat on the truck for 2 days without delivery so found that annoying as well. So experience not seamless but this is a good company and would buy from again - they will make it right but process was not completely clean.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
