Trees are great customer service was great, however the shipping company (fedex)was terrible the boxes were damaged, took 4 defferent days to deliver, i cold ha e driven 75 miles a picked up my trees. FAST GROWING TREES did make it right and i will order ftome them again.
Plants were well packed, and great health and condition, and thrived after receipt.
This company is good to do business with. The customer service is good, and the products are good. I recommend them.
I have always had great plants and trees that have done well. Fast service.
Very satisfied with quality of trees and shipping method and planting instructions.
I had to order another cherry tree since my lawn crew killed my previous one. Was finally getting cherries after waiting for the tree to mature. At least I know I'll have cherries again someday.
The trees was delivered very healthy on time and easy to transport in the ground or in the pot. I recommend all my friends and family to try it out.
It's been two months and I still didn't receive my order. There was an order delay which I only found out because I contacted the company. I was then told it woukd be shipped the beginning of April, which is now, and my order is still unfulfilled. The order status does not provide a approximate date of when I can expect the shipment. Customer Service is not goid anymore. If there are order delays then proactively contact the customer and keep them posted.
The plants arrived in very good condition. They were very healthy and a good size.
The ease of placing an order and receiving the order is top notch. My Butterfly Bush came very well packaged and in great shape. It's currently in a pot because Midwest weather is so unpredictable this time of year, but it growing like a champ.
Every plant I've received has been perfect! I buy only from Fast Growing Trees.
I have not received any communication about when to expect my order to be shipped or delivered. I receive a lot of email with promotions, but to date, only one about my order which was placed a while ago.
Great selecrion guaranteed! My tangerine crossvine came with brown leaves and is almost bald now. Although I sent pictures Ive been told to wait 2 weeks, then 2 more weeks and now until the end of May? My lemon bush lost half of her leaves, but has blossoms that will hopefully come back. My red banana leaf tree on the other hand is ALREADY growing. Perfectly! Praying the other two will thrive because they were not cheap.! We shall see
The trees arrived mostly brown and almost dead. Much smaller than what I can buy in my local homedepot. 4 of them had the tops chopped off. When I emailed and complained they said wait a couple of seasons and they will be fine. I am very upset with my purchase and the guy in his email just tried to convince me that it's normal for these trees to arrive this way. 4 weeks on 4 of them are dead and I want to send them back but no instructions on how to send back. Huge waste of my money.
I ordered two lemon trees on March 2. One was to ship right away and the other by 3/20. I got the first one (2'-3') and love it. The other one (5'-6') never shipped and I wasn't notified. When I finally did a chat with them they said there was a delay. They said they could ship out a 3'-4' tree right away and would refund the difference. Several days later after it hadn't shipped I chatted with them again (no phone number to call). They apologized and said they failed to "nudge" their logistics team to send the tree out. Again they said they would ship it out by the end of the week. Well it finally shipped on a Sunday. Not the end of the week. Sadly this was a birthday gift for my daughter that arrived very late even though it was ordered with plenty of time to be delivered on time. I cannot recommend this company due to really terrible communication. The trees seem to be nice... at least so far.
I haven't had to deal with their customer service because their service is solid. I have ordered from fastgrowingtrees on multiple occasions and won't hesitate to do so again.
All big roots were cut. I have to wait and see if tree will grow. I think it will grow just fine. Only time will tell.
I bought 2 trees. One still has no hint of buds on the branch with roots that was delivered. I supplied you a picture. I was told my replacement would be coming and to watch for an email saying when. That was last week. The back and forth messages (about 6 or 7 of them) only took a day. The only reason why I gave you 3 stars and not less was for the past trees and plants I received from you.
2 trees not delivered 2 inquiries about this, no answers. Also most od the trees ibought las year died. Poor quality product and service
Tree was well packed and protected. Service was quick and my tree is planted with instructions that were given
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
