My new tree has really taken off! Growing and healthy! Very satisfied!

They shipped out my trees very quickly and came packaged to prevent damage. I just assumed when ordering the 3-5' tall range they would be more of a tree than a stick. They were very thin, the tree trunk was maybe a 1/4" in diameter. It had 3 very tiny offshoots with no buds and when I planted them they appeared to be root bound. Let's see how they grow, the nice thing is they have a year guarantee

Also please have your customers service agents answer the phone appropriately, they answer it like they're at home and their momma didn't teach them how to answer it

I ordered 4 junipers supposedly 4-5 ft. Two of them were barely 4 ft and the other two ok. The trees looked stressed and had no fullness to anything. They don't look healthy as shown on your website. Scraggly sums it up. Very disappointing.

I am very pleased with the trees that were provided. The packaging they came in was exceptional and protected the integrity of the trees. After about 2 weeks, 3 trees don't look like they are doing so well but I'm trying to save them. I did buy the warranty that I might have to use after all.

My Forever Goldie Arborvitae, Improved Meyer Lemon, and Cold Hardy Avocado trees all arrived in great shape and were well packed. They are all looking great in their new home sites! I will definitely be ordering again from Fast Growing Trees!

I've been buying from you guys for years, but this year has not been as good. I had several issues and had to file multiple complaints. I really don't want to type them all in again on this evaluation, but just want to acknowledge Mae C. And Thank her for helping me.

We still have in the pot but it looks great. Will transfer outside after Mothers Day.

I bought a Meyer lemon tree and it was supposed to be shipped around March 17 (as I have pre-ordered it. Then I got an email stating that the order is not ready and it won't be shipped until April 30th. Hopefully, that will be the case and there won't be another delay!
I guess I'm wondering why they are selling something that's not available?

We ordered these trees ahead of time and they delayed shipment until planting time. They arrived when expected, and they looked very healthy straight out of the box! We weren't able to plant for a couple of weeks, but the trees did fine in their pots during that time. We have followed the planting and care instructions on the website and now they look great in the ground.

Products were delivered very timely, and in great shape. Were put in the ground asap and are thriving

Website was easy to use when researching types of plants and their growing needs. Product came on time and in good condition. The tree is adapting well and has set 15+ leaves.

I have been working with farstgrowing trees for years. There help and service is number one, very good company to work with.

I received six plants, all looked healthy. Planted as I thought to be correct using your root fertilizer. Three of the plants dropped yellow leaves within days. Good soil and adequate water I tried your CS and got nothing. How do I bring them back?

The arborvitae's that arrived were not in very good shape. Not sure if it was the long haul in cardboard boxes or just not the best plants to start with but they are not looking very good. They have been watered frequently and were planted the same day they arrived. Many branches and tips were broken when I unboxed them and they just don't have a good green look like they should. Overall 3/5 stars is being very nice as they are close to being 2/5. Pretty bummed about the whole situation after spending over $1000 on trees and arborvitae's.
