FastGrowingTrees.com always delivers a great well pruned tree that you can tell was loved and cared for prior to being sent. I made the huge mistake of buying a tree from a big box store before I found and ordered numerous trees from FastGrowingTrees.com. A world of difference in how the trees are pruned to grow properly and also how fast they actually grow! I am a firm believer in FastGrowingTrees.com and will be continuing to order from them for all of my future tree needs!
I contacted FastGrowingTrees about the condition of trees ordered. FedEx had delays of three days during very cold weather and one tree had leaves dropping. Second part of order was delivered in good shape. Customer services immediately responded to my messages giving advice and also to contact them again if tree didn't leaf in Spring. Very helpful. Mentioned their helpfulness to my family as I recommended them
Fed up with this site after having ordered a single tree. Constantly sends junk trying to get me to rate them. My solution is to block them and never buy anything there again.
I bought this Chocolate Mimosa as a memorial tree for my neighbor who unexpectedly passed recently. It' redundant to say fast shipping and great packaging but as usual it was perfect and the tree arrived (taller than I expected) healthy. Unfortunately for me I was not able to plant right away so I left the pot sealed in plastic and watered for about 3 weeks. During this time the tree began to sprout! Late December, in a one gallon pot sealed in plastic, this tree began to sprout new limbs! Finally got it in the ground and I can't wait for spring to get here!
My four flowering trees arrived quickly and in very good condition, and we planted three outside right away, and one inside (a meyer lemon tree). The outside trees seem to be holding up well under the winter weather. The meyer lemon is producing brightly perfumed flowers and holding up beautifully in the corner of the kitchen. I look forward to seeing flowers and fruits on all the trees in a few months!
We recently purchased about 35 Full Speed a-hedge, some boxwoods, and butterfly bushes. All went well on the ordering. Shipping company lost one box, but FGT made it right and quickly resolved. All plants are doing well as expected. I will continue to be a customer for years to come. I've shared FGT website with others around the area and even outside our area. One family purchased about 50 arborvitae trees. Another few neighbors have also and are similarly happy.
I have purchased plants for my garden from the web dozens of times, but I have never had an experience like this. I ordered a plumeria with a one-year warranty for $123. I received a small DEAD plant, took photos and shared these with FastGrowingTrees.com. They advised me to water it, give it some sun and that it would come back to life. I took additional photos showing that it remained DEAD and requested a refund. No replies. I will have to call my credit card company and dispute the charge and that is a use of precious time. To state the obvious: a plant that arrives DEAD is going to stay DEAD..
I placed 2 orders, the first came quickly, the 2nd still hasn't been filled and every time I contact them they have another excuse! It's a shame because the lemon tree I did receive was beautiful, but I will never do business with them again. They haven't even kept in touch to let me know what's going on, I have to chase after them to hear the latest excuse. Very disappointed
Fast Growing Trees must be getting rid of all the plants 🌱 I have gotten from them! The first two plants were grapes supposedly grown in my zone,(9). They didn't look 👀 well when I planted them. I fertilized them planted and watered them. Still haven't thrived. I got the second plant, wisteria. Also in my zone (9) fertilized and watered as well. I'm hoping for the best. The plants weren't super expensive but I took a chance on the seller who seemed to be reputable. This is my first experience with this nursery. It may be the last!
Not sure since not yet growing season but tree seems small especially based on price which is much higher than our local nursery for the same type tree.
Originally I left a 5 star review, I've bought 15-16 tees from here but my recent experience has been very bad, I haven't received my starfruit or owari satsuma(ordered all the way back in December), the delivery date for both of them said March 24th when I ordered it and have tried to get an update on where it is by email 3 times and still have not heard back! You guys said you reached out with feedback but I never got it!
Using USPS is terrible for shipping a live tree. My order should have been delivered yesterday, and tracking shows it is in limbo between two centers for the last two days.
One trees was shipped dead, the other is mostly dead now, being rehabilitated. It's annoying with the back and forth with these people. I will not buy another plant from them
Very odd to request feedback when I haven't received the tree.
I thought I was purchasing a houseplant for $55. What I received was a sprout, with ONE LEAF, which fell off a day after it arrived. I was considering buying trees for my Cape Cod home, but thought I should experiment first with "houseplants." I see now this company is NEVER to be trusted again, and will be purchasing nothing more in the future.
This is not the first time that I've ordered plants from fast growing trees, in fact, I have never been disappointed. This is the first time that I've ordered for my new home in Florida, zone 10. Wasn't sure what plants to order but navigating the website. I not only got great plants but also an education it also always surprises me how well the plant are packed and arrive. I highly recommend them no matter what zone you live.
I was so disgusted when I got the tree in the mail that I ordered. I paid $119 for a 3 foot stick with 10 leaves on it. That is not the experience that my husband has had with the multiple items that he has ordered from y'all. I was so embarrassed with what I was sent, that I could not give it to my son and daughter-in-law as a Christmas gift. I had to go here locally and get something four times the size for less than half the price
The two Italian cypress trees that I bought, were so skinny. They look like they had been grown on steroids. They had no shape just a stalk running up the middle. Quite disappointed that they weren't like mini versions of the ones I have in my yard. I guess there's no substitute for seeing them with their own eyes then buying them.
This is a gift for one of my daughters. I was told the tree will be delivered in May. I'm hoping it will be a good size & healthy. She is super picky, so make me proud. 😂
I did buy a Japanese Maple for my roof top garden a few months ago & even with all the crazy weather we have had, it's still alive. It's a sick at this point, so anxious to see what happens in the Spring.
Sincerely,

I bought two apple trees as Christmas presents for zone 5. They arrived. Thankfully I had questions about planting them so I called. I was told it was too late in the season to plant them. They'd die. My son was in the process of planting them. He stopped. Now they sit in his house. We all hope they will live. Why would they ship plants too late in the season to be planted.
Ordered another round of holly to help replace some of the trees lost to Hurricane Helene. They arrived in good condition with clear planting/care instructions.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
