Ordered another round of holly to help replace some of the trees lost to Hurricane Helene. They arrived in good condition with clear planting/care instructions.
The tree I ordered was a gift for my friend's new home.
I was there when they opened it.
IT WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! It was straight and tall with lovely, lush leaves!
I've never ordered a product from ANY nursery that has been this beautiful upon arrival.
My first thought was..."I should have kept that for myself!" (Selfishly)
It's been in the ground for about a month and it's thriving.
I'm ordering others for myself!
BEST online nursery purchase, ever!

I was very pleased with the four trees that I have purchased. They came well-packaged and had no damage. The plants seemed very healthy. Of course, we will see how they do over yime, but they started well.
I have bought several trees from this company. I will say it is a tad on the expensive side. However, the customer service is just amazing and any time ive needed advice or assistance its just been a joy. So i feel in a sense i pay for the experience as well so for me it is worth it.
At first they gave me a delivery date. Then they significantly delayed it. Then after waiting for the delayed arrival, I was informed they couldn't fulfill the original order for two 4-5 ft trees I had ordered but could substitute them for 3-4 ft trees- no additional i formation was given. I had to contact them to ask what the price difference would be and after learning the significantly smaller trees would only be reduced by $5.00 I declined and told them I wouldn't never attempt to order from them again after this first terrible overall experience! The didn't seem to care. Beware! They are not delivering on items as they are described and their customer er service stinks!
I had a bit of difficulty getting my first order placed. As a result I ordered two Japanese maples. I'm so glad I did. They both are perfect specimens. Spring is right around the corner and I can hardly wait for everything to bloom out. Such beautiful shapes.
You blamed fedex for three incorrect deliveries. The third recipients of my misdirected gift brought it themselves to my friends' house. YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO A HUMAN about order problems; so I spent ages on chat trying to get this resolved. Requested a call from management and sure I won't get it.
Ordered a 6 foot orange tree. Received a 4 foot orange tree. Company refunded a whopping $20. The tree has been struggling for a couple months. I am not convinced that it is going to survive. I think you would find more value getting a tree locally from Home Depot, Lowes, or a local farmer.
While the tree I got was a very nice shape and size, it was DEAD DEAD DEAD. All of these needles fell off the moment I took it out of the box. It also was not on my porch as I waited for delivery. Very sad - if it was fresh It would have been a perfect tree.
My trees arrives quite dead. Avacados frozen from their fight in a cargo plane during winter. Their leaves crumbled like potato chips. The returns dept advised me to wait month or two as they were dormant and would sprout in the spring. Avocados dont have a dormancy period, they were delivered in full foliage, frozen dead foliage. Now they are tell me they can't process the return until a 30 day period has passed. I'll never purchase from they again. If you live near them and can pick up living plants in person, they do have great stuff. Otherwise buyer beware of their no return policies.
I've dreamed of my very own orchard. My first 4 trees arrived today. They are healthy and happy. I look forward to the next 4 that I'll buy next year.
My apple tree was delivered with no problems. The transmittal said the Lobster claw would be delivered at a later date. I have not yet received a status on delivery.
Received a London Plane Tree with multiple damaged and potentially diseased spots. Reached out to FGT, who indicated likely to be cankers. Agreed to send a replacement tree. The replacement tree arrived with a similar spot. This time FGT said it was a response to pruning and would heal. Although I paid fur a healthy tree, not one that is damaged and may or may not not heal, they offered me a nominal 15% discount. So, I get a small discount on a tree I wound got have purchased for 50% off at the nursery. Great way for FGT to clear out damaged or diseased inventory, but not a great way to create satisfied repeat buyers.
I needed help with changing my delivery date. The lady was very pleasant and helpful. We've bought trees from Fast growing trees in the past ages have been very pleased.
Tree arrived in a bucket with soil in good condition. Planted it & mulched.
Weather here has been un seasonably warm, so the bottom graft has had 5 small flower buds. Green leaves on the top. Now 30° temps & maybe 27 tonite. Apples usually need dom chilling. Just hope it survives this cold snap.
I moved into this house last June and it had no landscaping in the backyard. I made a new flowerbed and ordered your hydrangeas so they would hide the wooden fence. The main reason I used your company was the 1 year guarantee. Even though I live in Louisiana, it has been a very cold winter. I am hopeful that they will all make it for spring.
Happy with the healthy trees I received and they very packaged with care, that makes me a happy customer and would not mind buying more from fast growing trees. There was also an issue with courier not fast growing trees but all I had to do was call their customer service and they instantly sent me new ones and that meant a lot to me knowing it was either of our faults but they did the right right thing and you can tell they are a company of morals.
I ordered a month ago and now it seems it's delayed again. Should have told me from the beginnings it would take months to get a tree but only seconds to take
My money
Despite being shipped, my trees are doing great! I bought another tea olive tree from another company, and the FastGrowingTrees plant is so much healthier.
I was sent three green arborvitae's this spring. Two are doing very well, but one has appeared to die in several parts of the bush that are not coming back, it seems. It looks quite bad.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
